Perfect lighting, a pump, flexing as hard as he can, literally covered in oil or some shit. Obviously you think that body looks grotesque, but he wouldn't look the same just chilling in a casual setting.

why is a 3 plate squat so much harder to achieve than a 1 plate ohp and 2plate bench?
it's all about genetics and how you lived before you started to lift, i have wide hips and was a fat ass for 90% of my life so when i attempted my 1st squatting session ever i casually did 100kg x 5 for 1 set, while on 1st ever BP i was struggling with 40kg for 10 reps
Man i hit a 3pl8 squat while benching 70kg, both at a 5x5 work weight. I can't figure out how to bench at all, even now im hard stuck at 90x5 after lifting for 14 months, 85kg bw
It really comes down what your fitness level with muscles group and frequency you lift. I did a shit ton of push ups decade ago and hit 2 plate really easy when I was like 20. Now a decade late im struggling to get to 2 plates but my squats are really good cuz lot of months accessory work outside of squats give me a decent fitness level to achieve the squat strength.
I always felt like I could do 2plates from the start, in the sense it never felt scary. I just felt like I was proving it to myself, that how fast the strength gains were.
3 plates was me actually working towards a goal.
Im guessing my nervous system had to learn the movement before I could actually start to train the actual muscle.
more plates, duh

Why are gym bodies so ugly? Looks so artificial and uncanny

Individual anthropometry
It's not. Unless you have long femurs.

I feel like this guy would look better with long hair
i have seen women squat 3 plates but never in my life have i seen them ohp 1 plate

It’s heavy, and it requires you to do lots of squatting, or an equally hard exercise.
I can squat 150kg x 3 @ 68kg bw. My lifetime best bench is 90kg x 2 touch and go.

1pl8 OHP is definitely the hardest of those three for most people. 3pl8 squat was the first I got out of those
1 Plate OHP was the first one I got, its's the easiest imo. Most of it is proper technique
