Let me tell you something about Blaha. He's hovered around the same numbers since like 2013 - 330 bench, 485ish squat and about 570lb deadlift at a fat 220lb 5 foot 6. He regresses and progresses but is around this level. Recently he got his bench up to 315 for 8 but a few months after doing that he was hitting it for seven then six then five then four then three etc etc. it's obviously blasted some gear to get to that number, so that's what we're seeing now with how red he is
