        I had this same shit until I started taking the scapular plane/ frontal plane shit seriously.
        I cannot move in the frontal plane and got my shit pinched constantly.
        I learned how to keep my movements in the scapular plane and I've been totally fine since.

        I think shoulders are so personal you need to be really careful with movements.
        I started doing upright rows and for me they are fine and I've never felt any impingement.
        But I can't do standing OHP because my shoulders can't stay in line with my body.
        Seated my elbows can be more forward and OHP is totally fine

    Simply hanging from a pull up bar for about a minute or 2 helped me a lot with this problem.

    I have literally never injured my shoulders. Maybe just do some cable movements for liek 3 minutes before, some tricep extensions and facepulls and rotator cuff

    You probably aren't working out your back enough. Most men don't. Your back muscles need to be at least as strong as your shoulders and chest if not stronger. If you look in the mirror, and are standing to the side, and your shoulders are leaning forward, your back is super weak and your chest and shoulders are hunching too far forward.

    A great way to protect the shoulders is by working the upper back a lot so the muscle is positioned correctly and supported from the back.

          How much time do you rest between sets? I rest 3 mins and do 5x8 so thats already 15 mins on one exercise not including warmup.
