You don’t need to lift as heavy as you think you do.

You're using too much weight. Try squats with no weight but proper form and believe me, it will be challenging. Just do proper form.
People just squat with weight and bad form for the clout

How do I learn proper form?
I tried youtube and all I learned is how to get ripped in 8 weeks using this one simple trick.

Learn proper bracing and 90% of all problems are already fixed
The remaining 10% are usually that your bar path up and down isn't straight or that you go too low / not low enough

You shouldn’t have posterior pelvic tilt though, first figure might give that impression

Work your way up to 500+ bw squats a day, you'll naturally form good form.

I know he gets memed on on here but NH's squat form video actually helped me a lot https://youtu.be/3bEkmyM8NBQ?si=5BJ0Izl-tuOs1bQE

I actually find that good form with no weight is more difficult. Low weight, 20-40 kg is where it's at for improving your form.

Practice more, let your knees track forward and sit upright.
The more bent over you are the more weight you might be able to push now, but the more janked your form is.

    >Every time I try to squat heavy my back nearly snaps
Maybe practice squatting with less weight until you get proper technique? moron.
You'll still make progress and build muscle using less weight.

You likely have long femurs. This is why you will never be able to squat with proper form

Had to go from 120kg back to 75kg but with proper depth and technique like mobility . Rather real squats than 80% ones. Helped against the back soreness/aches too.

I thought this for 4 years. 4 years anon. And I’m 28 so I’m in my later years, and I finally learn why I couldn’t do it last month, and now doing this feels great. I do it every day now. I literally got abs from him. I can’t express enough how good of a fricking exercise it is and now I know why so many who do it love it

I dont know my neggro. They are like 30€ or you can just use bumper plates to squat on. Smart people use their brains, the rest gets back problems.

You do you, but be sure to not squat outside of the gym.

name a single disadvantage of not learning "proper" mobility instead of using "crutches". I will wait. Do you really believe people squat heavy ass shit outside their gym on a daily basis?

Well, the point is that without 'crutches', that you've accomodated your technique to, you will feel uncomfortable lifting decent weights, and feeling uncomfortable might lead to injury, even at low weights.

Its not about doing more weight, its about hitting better depth for more muscle activation.

There could be lots of reason. Bracing, as other anons said, is an important technique. It could be mobility, you should work on deep bw squats and sit at the bottom. It could also be a proportion thing, if you have long legs and a short back, you will not be able to go deep. And if you have injuries, like myself who has repeatable broken his right ankle and cant groove the technique no matter what.

End of the day, do some mobility work and squat as deep as you can without injury and work from there.

It's all down to ankle mobility, I don't know why people obsess over their upper back and hips when it's 90% just down to this. Everyone can do a super clean deep squat with elevated heels as proof of this.

Just do ZERCHER SQUATS instead. There's NO REASON to do this meme powerlifter "classical" and front squats.
Zercher squats are superior in every aspect.
    1. Easier to perform with good form
    2. You dont need spotters because you have wheight in you arms, not on your fricking hounchback
    3. Hits your upperboddy like nothing else
    4. Wrestlers do them because of point 3.
