How did you measure the temperature
Just touched it in the bowl i so i don't have the exact number. It was like the temp of water fountain water at a indoor building

You’re most likely peeing into a larger volume of water or pissing less because you’re dehydrated.
If you piss 100mL of warm piss into 1L of room temperature toilet water water then the final temperature will be warmer than pissing 100mL into 1.5L of toilet water or only pissing 50mL into 1L of toilet water.
I recommend peeing into bottles instead of the toilet and then taking the temperature of that bottle and keeping a journal of the results. Noting down other data like smell and color will also help you monitor your health. Save the bottles too, if you have other health concerns in the future you can refer to your past piss samples to look for changes over time.

Pissing in your hands takes some training. You can start measuring how warm your urine is with a manual test, but you need to calibrate it with urine that you know is at optimal temperature. I suggest going up to bodybuilders at your gym and asking them if their piss is hot, and if they wouldn't mind pissing in your hands. Then you can piss in your own hands to see what the temperature difference is (you probably need to already have your pants down in order to accurately gauge- you might forget how hot the other person's piss is while cleaning your hands and pulling down your pants).
