    It is not bad for you if you eat healthy portions and exercise, meat is a good source of protein. You need some lipids. These are more like wings and breasts, with tenders you slice them into long cuts then you batter and fry them. The key is to coat it once in spiced flour, then an egg wash, then again in the flour, so you get a rocky and fluffy texture when you deep fry it.

      Someone could only eat McDonalds and lose or gain weight depending on the amount of calories they eat, but it would not be nutritious. Same with only eating fried chicken, but I like to do other BBQ like pork ribs, pulled pork, brisket, burgers, steaks, and so on.

    if you eat healthy food long enough, you crave the healthy stuff and garbage food like this becomes unappetizing and would make you feel horrible. case in point: i had a burger from wendy's a few weeks ago and almost shit my pants on the drive home

    Your body knows what it needs and how to get it. The problem is modern industrial food can confuse our bodies and cause us to misinterpret signals. Where once we would have a craving for some animal fats, butter, or meat we now have a craving for deep fried seed oil garbage. Where once we had a craving for fruits and honey we now have a craving for candy and soda. Our body is trying to tell us what we need but these modern products are not properly understood by it and are misinterpreted.

    TLDR: just eat things which have always existed.

    not fried chicken, not even close. it even has protein

    it's ice cream. this has been talked about by nutritionist a bunch. they also listed heavily buttered popcorn, but lower because it has some fiber

    i'm sure there's some niche food somewhere that's worse, probably from some 3rd world country (like food you shouldn't eat that's been contaminated), or China, but for normalgay food I think it's ice cream

    and DON'T FRICKIN BOTHER ME about "nah uh i eat a little ice cream every day and i work out and i suck my own balls and i'm a homosexual and i'm FINE so you're wrong" SHUT THE FRICK UP. You can eat a fried chicken leg or a handful of buttered popcorn every fricking day of your life and be fine too, that has nothing to do with it.
