The other part, usually if you fix one the other fixes as well. It’s like a two way street with two lanes. One lane cannot be traveled without the other also being traveled. But if you travel backwards, you then travel both lanes anyways.

Lose weight get healthy, mental health gets better (to some degree). Now you also look more fashionable just in that you’re not obese so you look a bit better out together, this makes one more likely to put effort in and develop fashion.
