Because people are scared to do them because they think they will get hurt, but they just need to train to do it right
And people who did do them that hate them usually did them wrong, thus getting them hurt
Spinal erectors.
They allow you to lift heavier weight than rdls.
>but but but - bigger numbers.
That's what I thought.
Suppose these magical muscles up your ass or wherever it is are bigger, so what? Who can see them? What possible functional purpose do they ever serve unless in a freakish scenario? It is neither beneficial nor healthier to have those muscles bigger, they are fine as they are.
Just admit it's for the numbers and you'll embarrass yourself less than all this cope.

Doctors literally prescribe deadlifts for office workers who have back problems. Especially dentists. But I assume you don't know that because you never worked as a professional before
Hamstrings. Literally anything done on the pommel horse. Hell, anything done on the floor. Deadlifts improve power significantly over any lift and is extremely beneficial to gymnasts along with literally any sport that requires movement of your own body such as rock climbing. Its hard to imagine in your head, you will have to literally feel it through practice to understand
>that you can see or have functional use for.
picking up anything heavy off the ground. such as that cooler filled with food and drinks that would usually require 2 people to get onto that truck
>spending 30+ minutes a week training so I can one in a blue moon lift something I would otherwise need to get a wheel barrow to use.
I think I see a flaw in your logic.

Oh my bad, I didn't know you had to do the activity all day to be considered functional. In that case, working as a mover. Stronger people will last a lot longer throughout the week over the weaker dyel ones who do small number rdls
>how often is something going to be heavy enough that you would benefit
I mean going by that logic there is literally no need to workout in general. Just do cardio. Most if not all people could live a full life without ever having stepped in the gym.
You gotta be smart to troll dude
Backlash to the people who were shilling them (flabby “powerlifter”s telling guys they need to deadlift and squat heavy when their goal is something like getting ottermode)
Deadlifts are alright, neither amazing and necessary nor awful and useless
Because conventional deadlifts don't meet my fitness goals. Haven't done them since the StrongLift days when I started lifting. I usually do back extensions or RDL instead.
I haven't noticed. She has delicious thighs.
She's ugly and built like a man
Homos detected
>Homos

If loving IST women (female) is gay I don't wanna be straight
begone homosexual

You don’t need them for aesthetic and people don’t wanna be fatty powershitters anymore
>everyone that doesn’t agree with me is a zoomer
Rent free Lmao
>insults others for deadlifting
>rent free
its almost as if you aren't mad

Why would you train them then ? Seems like a waste of time and unnessecary risk
I'm not sure really, it's like people want to be strong or something. Proper nuts.
Name a single muscle they improve that you can see or have functional use for.
Hard mode: Name a single advantage of them to rdls.
homie have you ever, I don't know, picked up something heavy from the ground? Post yourself RDLing 200kgs if so.

They give you a great ass, full stop (n-no homo).
They give you a great ass
Strengthens your entire posterior chain with a single exercise
Because deadlifting 315 50 times a week protects my back at work when I'm lifting 80lbs 200 times a day
Is that bar really flexing with 170 kg?
Looks like a 28mm Oly bar, they'll flex lighter than that.
>muh back
>muh snap city
>muh powerbloat physique
>muh t rex
>muh trap bar
They merely filter the weak
Cute how her thighs are still soft
I have 180kg just laying on my gym floor for whenever I walk pass
Skinny b***hes get mad

So would it be more beneficial to do 3x5 @ 2plates vs 1x5 @3plates if I just want to stay healthy
