that's literally every thread on IST, that's why "post body" should really be "post body with timestamp", IST is literally the only moronic board on IST that accepts pics without timestamp as proof of anything
>Yea I've only been lifting for 1 year >I mean sometimes I benched during football practice, but that wasn't lifting lifting!!!!
Great physique though.
I doubt he used roids, he's always been in great shape and this is just a bit more muscular (~10 lbs lean) to what he was in fight club.
He looks athletic and fit, not dyel by any means, but not a juiced up unnatty either.
>Why is this physique so divisive?
He is one of the best mainstream physiques in term of size and leanness that appeals to normies, so relative beginners to lifting look up to him while people who have lifted for sometime think he is dyel. >Some fitizens say it's borderline dyel and others say he roided for it
In terms of size, he is borderline dyel, in terms of leanness, he is upper echelon(~12-13%). As for why some think he used roids, I'll say it is because of either MPMD's video were he says he used roids and/or because he is an actor and he job depends somewhat on his physique. I personally think he is natty because his gains are not that much and his physique is very natty attainable.
>Some fitizens say it's borderline dyel and others say he roided for it
Those are not mutually exclusive, though. You'd be surprised to find out how many dyels in your gym are on roid, like Jason Blaha. I know fat fricks that look like they've never been in a gym before who have been roiding for years. I've seen 130lbs 15 year olds on dbol.
Ultimately its all about face, height, and frame. Muscles are basically like hair, they help if you have baseline attractiveness, and do nothing if you're ugly
Because people think Tren is the only roid. He probably did take a cutting agent, a test cycle or clomid, etc. He probably didn't even really know what it was either because Hollywood's coaches just say take this and eat this.
He's within the natty limit, but like pretty much all other actors who do shirtless scenes, he cut corners by roiding. No actor in their right mind wants to eat chicken breast and broccoli for dinner every day and having to avoid alcohol/drugs at parties. Most of them became actors to live the Hollywood lifestyle.
So of course they will use steroids in order to shorten the preparation time for a role down to a few months, rather than several years of having to live like a fricking monk
like 90% of actors and actresses have gotten plastic surgery, hair transplants, etc to improve their appearance, yet some morons think steroids is where they draw the line, lmao
>others say he roided for it
nobody says that
anyway, it's divisive because it's objectively the most aesthetic kind of physique, and most people here don't want to accept that a moderate workout schedule is optimal
People didn't bench press back then dude. This is what in shape guys looked like all the way up to the 1950s when people started bench pressing. Overhead press was the strength standard for a very long time and it honestly should still be because you don't have anything to brace against during the lift
The part that people forget is that the dude is 40 in this picture. He has a standard otter mode build, but as you get older it’s easier to gain a little mass. What you’re looking at is someone who stayed lean from a young age and then just did a little lifting with a bulk and cut cycle. It is definitely attainable in one year, if you come from otter mode and no roids are needed.
I never in my life heard even once someone claiming that Pitt in Troy is roided.
He looks like we remembered him in Fight Club until we watched it again years later after actually picking up weight and realize he is a literal dyel without much muscle in it, but in Troy he looks like he went to the gym for a year.
His biggest physique yet was in Fury, but somehow no one ever mention that one.
Because normies are stupid and think that people who roid have to exceed the natty limit. Being within the natty limit does not mean that they are natty. The steroids just means that they can get a decent body for a movie they're doing within months instead of several years.
Christian Bale is a perfect example of this because he keeps flipflopping between muscly/skinny roles. He's always within the natty limit but it's phyisologically impossible to put on muscle as fast as he does without the use of steroids, even if you've got the perfect diet, perfect routine and top 1% genetics.
People thinking that actors are above using steroids is ridiculous, especially when plastic surgery is basically mandatory to have a lasting career
bruh machinist to batman begins is blatantly sauced. that's a stupid amount of weight in a year, and i think normans who dont see it have never actually spent one year trying to put on muscle
Once you have a nice body while using peds, normies start seething and start screaming “roids!”, that’s when u know u look good and ppl jelly. As with all things in life, when ppl seeth at u, u made it.
True for normal guys. But athletes and actors use peds because that is often the deciding factor between whether they will be making millions of dollars every year or if they will end up in the unemployment line with zero real world skills. Almost no actors are natty. Same with every actress, except they get boob jobs and cosmetic surgery in their face instead of using steroids
Yes, you can get the body that most actors have for muscular roles fairly easily natty, given enough time and the proper diet… But, most of these guys have 12-15 weeks tops to get into better shape than they have ever been. Will Smith put on 35lbs of muscle to play Ali, in a couple months, at 33 years old…. And then lost all those gains in a year or 2. You really think that was without gear?
This. Actors aren't staying in shape 24/7/365 waiting for a role where being buff is a requirement. They have lives outside of the gym. So when a role appears where they need to get a good body, they jump on gear to make it happen quickly so they can do the movie and then go back to their regular life
>genetically inferior
Has nothing to do with that. It's just that actors don't want to live like monks. They want to eat whatever they want, party whenever they want and not live in the gym
The time in which it is achievable depends on your starting point and genetics. Even given the same starting point, genetic potential varies enough that it could take one person with inferior genetics twice as long with the same training and diet. It's pretty pointless to discuss what is achievable and in what time frame. This fact would also get more acceptance if all the people with great genetics wouldn't always say "Look I did it in a year, so if you can't do it you just don't work as hard."
Because it's the natty limit. This is is peak heath and performance. Anyone that disagrees has some kind of body dismorphia troony shit going on, or is lazy and impatient.
give me one reason a fricking actor paid millions and that doesn't give a frick about body building would not roid? Almost all his time should be learning his role and lines, not working out.
not a single person thinks he roided. It's achievable in 1 year natty
did you achieve this body 1 year natty?
Now dilate.

Good work gumshoe, the suits upstate will be pleased to hear this
that's a really good body
good job!
Oh nonono israeliteSisters. How do we recover from this???????
By debunking it.
Imagine believing what you read on IST lmao.
Deboonked? The second thread sure revealed that the guy uses roids.

thats been debunked
How long did that take you and what routine/diet did you follow to achieve this? Looks amazing anon
Holy shit I'd blow you
If you did this in 1 year then kudos to you anon but please undertand that you are way above average.
>Yea I've only been lifting for 1 year
>I mean sometimes I benched during football practice, but that wasn't lifting lifting!!!!
Great physique though.
i did, but i'm permabulk mode
did you achieve that in 1 year natty?
Ofcourse he roided, moron. Achievable got nothing to do with it, he's an actor, he's got contracts and deadlines to fulfill
did you achieve it?
did you?
>It's achievable in 1 year natty
then how come you dont look like this?
Because he was the standard for the western alpha male in the 2000’s, and even IST can’t escape deconstructing past standards of value.
I doubt he used roids, he's always been in great shape and this is just a bit more muscular (~10 lbs lean) to what he was in fight club.
He looks athletic and fit, not dyel by any means, but not a juiced up unnatty either.
that's literally all you need
>Why is this physique so divisive?

Because they don't understand lighting + bronzer + glycerine in a spray bottle + mild body make up.
he just looks like a fat version of his Fight Club self
Just from how he looks in that image and the water retention in the arms, he is on roids.
Facts
nice gut
>water retention in the arms, he is on roids
LOL you moronic homosexual
Ultimately its all about face, height, and frame. Muscles are basically like hair, they help if you have baseline attractiveness, and do nothing if you're ugly
>hollywood dyel uses roids
of course he looks tiny and yet roided
that's exactly how he got there
He’s just handsome with good insertions
Because people think Tren is the only roid. He probably did take a cutting agent, a test cycle or clomid, etc. He probably didn't even really know what it was either because Hollywood's coaches just say take this and eat this.

easily could be natty
but probably roided regardless
you really think most actors put in the time it takes to get a body like that? lolno
>Some fitizens say it's borderline dyel and others say he roided for it
You think those are mutually exclusive? Ever been on a gym, moron?
its simple: this fizeek gets pussy; your fizeek does not.
>others say he roided for it
nobody says that
anyway, it's divisive because it's objectively the most aesthetic kind of physique, and most people here don't want to accept that a moderate workout schedule is optimal
Everything looks good but his pecs are too small, he’s got good delts arms traps everything but then just little chest which ruins it
that's how ancient greeks were supposed to look like.
People didn't bench press back then dude. This is what in shape guys looked like all the way up to the 1950s when people started bench pressing. because he mogs everyone here

nobody in hollywood is natty. young guys run cycles before movies and old guys are on trt
Once you have a nice body while using peds, normies start seething and start screaming “roids!”, that’s when u know u look good and ppl jelly. As with all things in life, when ppl seeth at u, u made it.

IST standards are so high that even with roids, you can't be 100% sure that you will reach them.
The answer is that he roided for a dyel physique. That's how genetically inferior he is.
>genetically inferior
Has nothing to do with that. It's just that actors don't want to live like monks. They want to eat whatever they want, party whenever they want and not live in the gym
it's not, Brad's been lean for all his life. he just spammed lats for Troy.
anyone saying this is achievable in x amount of time is delusional, we're talking about someone that hadnt been above 12% fat his whole life.
you dont have Brad's genes and will , just accept it and be yourselves
who's will and what makes his genes good
> Some fitizens say it's borderline dyel and others say he roided for it
It can be both, u see it all the time in the gym.
let me guess, you need "more"
Fatasses will say dyel and lanklets that he roided. Simple as.
>Verification not required.
those two things arent mutually exclusive
its insane to think that he fricked mike tyson's wife before he was famous
The time in which it is achievable depends on your starting point and genetics. His arms and shoulder look really swelled, could be a lot of fat deposits there. His chest is hardly very outrageous.
Achieveable natty, but not within 1 year.
The only thing impressive with his physique is his arms while being lean. The real redpill is that arms will provide 90% of your aesthetics.
Because it's the natty limit. This is is peak heath and performance. Anyone that disagrees has some kind of body dismorphia troony shit going on, or is lazy and impatient.
It's a really solid physique. The only people claiming DYEL are roiders
give me one reason a fricking actor paid millions and that doesn't give a frick about body building would not roid? Almost all his time should be learning his role and lines, not working out.
To be fair, Brad lifts regularly so it's not inconceivable that he just went heavy for a few weeks
powershitters say he is dyel
actual dyels say he roided
simple as
