Because they do bench press instead of incline press. The correct angle for incline press is 30 degrees. Also, incline press is actually an effective exercise unlike that meme trash exercise the guy in the picture is doing. If that doesn't work, then you just have shit genes for the upper chest.

Name calling is the lowest form of argument skills possible. Ad hominem attacks is the step up from that and that is a complete argumental fallacy... so with that said, if you're skills in argument include and preclude to using the lowest hanging fruits of argument (like force for the violent types) then I'd suspect you're not about to refute the central point of my argument with evidence or a structured counter argument.

I found your response to be shallow and pedantic.

People bench with an arch. It makes it a mid and low pec lift. If you do it with a flat back the upper chest gets worked proportionally

      >Flat bench
      >Arch slightly turns it into decline
Your student loans were definitely worth acquiring such basic information

He’s not lying. If you arch your back like crazy itll be like you’re doing a dip because you’re not pushing in front of you but downwards

because the upper chest isn't important
also, OHP should take care of any imbalance from doing flat bench.

redpill me on incline db press. I am currently doing regular bench press and I want to add them to my routine because the look like fun. db seem saver than barbell in case I frick up. I tried setting up safety pins but there is no way to cover my throat/face like with regular bench press so I want to make sure I dont kill myself in case I frick up.

      >db seem saver than barbell in case I frick up
honestly i think incline is safer than flat bench. ive fricked up on incline when i was by myself and just rolled the bar down to my legs.

If you're in a rack with safety pins then set them slightly under clavicle and if you fail just roll the bar forward on to pins. That's so obvious that I'm assuming you're not in a rack but then how are you setting safety pins?
