The real redpill is to never work out traps. Upper traps give your shoulders a rounded appearance. Flat shoulders make you appear wider.

But you can look good with a narrow frame if you have decent proportions. Being lean with strong shoulders/lats/chest will make anyone look great. The inch narrower shoulders isn't nearly as important as having proper proportions and wearing fitted clothing.

You can improve and look good but you can instinctively tell these things. It's equivalent to how on a woman you can tell even if they're carrying more weight or have big breasts/butt whether they have an ideal "feminine" frame or if they have narrow hips or wide shoulders. If you're a woman you can't fraud having genuinely wide hips by gaining weight and getting a bigger butt just like a man can't fraud having a wide frame by getting bigger shoulders, you can gain weight/muscle proportionally and look better, sure.
