In my opinion no and there is a good reason for it. He has never tried to be a bodybuilder. He has never wanted to be a bodybuilder, train like a bodybuilder or lift like a powersharter. From day one he has tried to sell an image of a movie star physique. Christian Bale in American Psycho, Brad Pitt in Troy etc. He doesnt do squats or deadlifts, he doesnt want to build a fridge mode physique. And I think thats beautiful, he has stayed true to his ideals and only trains to look a certain way. He has been 170-180lbs for 13 years. His physique has stayed the exact same.
I also think that his training and nutrition philosophy is way above anyone else. Sure Im biased because I share his ideals but this is the right way to do fitness. 160-180lbs, 10-12% bodyfat, train 2-3x a week, IF and eat like a normal person. Moderate surplus, moderate deficit. Focus on socioeconomic status. Keep fitness in the background.
