because i like eating beef, chicken, salmon etc? i get 150g from real foods that i actually enjoy and crave. i dont crave or need protein powders or goyslop drinks.
>no added sugar
They literally take out all the natural sugar of milk and put in fake sugar made in a lab. Literally. I don't know why anyone would put this in their body.
I did. It's low fat milk, buttermilk, whey, cocoa, gellan, salt, aspartame, acesulfam, aroma and a bunch of vitamins.
It has 5g sugar/100g which is exactly how much lactose 100ml of milk is supposed to have

An artificial sweetener, just like acesulfam

You might be too stupid to post here, which is amazing because the bar is very low.
If you still can't see how they remove real sugar and put in fake sugar, you might have to get a five year old to explain it to you.

There's no sugar removed you dumb gorilla Black person
The milk already has sugar
It's not in the ingredient list because it's already part of the milk

NTA but I think your reading comprehension is autismal levels of moronic. He's not stating there's no sugar in the drink, he's saying theres none added. The skim milk obviously still has lactose, and seeing as aspartame is calorically zero its not a sugar added.

anons who finish their sentences with unneeded question marks sound very gay? kinda like this? you sound like this you realize?
Because they lie about the protein content. I usually get slim fast and then add whey and milk to it because it's always on sale somewhere and has a lot of micros added to it.
We miss a lot of meals at work so I can put protein shakes on the company card. I typically buy a few cases a week for my crew and then take the leftovers home at the end of the contract (usually like a case and a half) It's been a good way to save on shakes and its nice not washing my shaker. I typically get premier protein.
The protein powder I buy in large quantities is cheaper, even when talking milk or other shake ingredients into account, aside from that it's simply a versatile thing to have when cooking, like oats and fiber you can add it to so many dishes and get extra protein in in a variety of useful ways
Half a kg of chicken has 150g of protein and costs about 2.7€.
It would take me 4 of those to get as much protons
That would be more expensive than my chicken
If that's actually 1.3 euro
Inhate the poverty trash fake country i am temporarily stuck in, even more
Pathethic poverty balkan shit hole
Absolutely disgusted by this place

I don't know about the picture related thing but the stuff they sell here is very tasty and with no added sugar and very minimal fat.

No? The sugar content is exactly the lactose content of the contained milk
They just don't put additional sugar or HFCS which is completely fine
Look at the ingredients and research how this shit is made before you post, you fat and dumb frick.

>why not just do what literally everyone already does
Except for some giga autists on IST everyone drinks protein shakes
Fairlife tortures their cows
okay? good thing I'm not a cow then.
I do. I drink half of the regular vanilla ones a day. When I was doing the entire bottle I got super constipated.
Because they lie about the protein content. I usually get slim fast and then add whey and milk to it because it's always on sale somewhere and has a lot of micros added to it.
I drink this when I'm too lazy to make a protein shake or my blender is in the dishwasher
It's alright, a little bit expensive but easy to drink
>1.3 euro
>for a fairlife elite
Where in Europe is this place? These things are almost $5 in the US
I just found a picture on Google, we have similar ones here in grocery stores for that sort of a price.
Same sort of protein content too? I wonder if I have to pack up and go to Europe
Eastern Europe. 1 gram less protein.
Latvia.
I do drink them though they're more expensive here (EU shit cυcked country), like double the price
Because real food tastes better and isn't full of microplastics.
That's more than I pay for a liter of raw jersey milk which also happens to contain about 40g of protein.
Yes but also has 3x the calories
Oh no, I better not skim it to make butter and ferment the rest to make skyr with ~15g protein/100g and next to no calories. That would be awful
Recipe, now!!!
I made a thread about it once

These things used to be great. I could get an 18 pack for $20 at Costco
Sadly that is no longer the case
What's going on in Colorado?
Only state that is both majority white and has a median age under 40. Combine that with people being outdoorsy => fewer fat people.
Demographics. All a matter of time though they’ll be fat and brown eventually too
Contains:
>Natural Flavors (read: catch all term for whatever mix of chemicals they need to make it palatable for plebs)
>Carrageenan
>Sucralose
Yes, I'm sure you'll definitely meet your fitness goals consuming goyslop.
Muscle Milk is a shit brand.
