Hear me out...Why not just take the best parts of Keto/Carnivore/Vegetarian/CICO, and other diets and use them to lose fat mass or gain muscle mass, or just maintain health and weight?
>keto -> low carbs so the stored glycogen will be depleted so the body will start the lipolysis process faster just after the energy from food is finished
>Carnivore -> proteins, healthy unprocessed fats, B vitamins
>CICO ->the less calories you eat in a meal the faster the body will burn the energy from the food and will start the lipolysis process faster and combined with KETO it will skip the stored glycogen
>Vegetarian ->plants are a great source of vitamins/minerals and many supplements are based on plants so why not gets the nutrients from the original source?
Am I wrong on something? On what? If I made a mistake correct me.
Why the contest with "best diet"? Why are people so attention starved?
No diet is perfect and it not works for all, do you know any other benefits from these diets and I can add to a more "generic diet"? I need only the best parts of other diets, got anything else?
That's called normal eating, moron. Also, CICO is not a diet.
Exactly, wieners In wieners Out is a cult.
Normal eating for maintaining yes, but my attention was on how hard the body starts to burn the actually fat mass, and from what I found the order the body burns for energy would be food->glycogen->actual fat, this is why I would use the low carbs from keto but not delete everything, only low enough the body can burn without storing it in glycogen, skipping a step I think it's nice from keto to burn the fat
you're over thinking it.
>step 1
lose fat = low calories, high protein
>step 2
more carbs = more energy in the gym and less muscle wasting in a caloric deficit, higher insulin response, more fibre, higher thermal effect of food, higher metabolism, higher vitamins and minerals
it's that easy.
high protein, high carb, high fibre, low fat is the optimal diet. sorry chud.
I would do this to gain muscle mass, to have enough energy for the muscle recovery and build mass right? but overall lower calories/carbs and still keep high proteins to lose fat mass but maintain the muscle mass
glycogen will be used first before muscle wastes in a big deficit, any required fats will be taken from body fat storage.
cutting added fats in my diet sped up the process for me.
i will make it real easy for you. this works for everyone. only buy the following as single ingredients from the store:
potatoes
sweet potatoes
carrots
broccoli
peas
spinach
whole milk, raw if possible
whole greek yoghurt
cheese
butter/ghee
coconut/avocado oil
fish
beef
honey
chicken
pork
eggs
berries
avocadoes
citrus fruit
apples
sauerkraut
seasoning (salt, paprika, cinnamon, nutmeg, herbs etc)
coffee
throw in some good pasta and bread if thats your thing too
make whatever meals you want out of the above single ingredients
balance your main meals with protein, carbs and veg. track your calories and weight depending on if you are cutting or bulking. there you go. every single diet solved.
forgot tea and dark chocolate. FRICK
Yes, a good pick here, basically no processed shit, but what I want to focus is focusing on raising the efficiency of the weight loss, like for weight loss use the low carbs so the body will not have glycogen stored so the body would go to burn fat just after it finishes the energy from the last meal, also combining fasting+green/black tea or coffee + cardio/lifting to force the body who needs more energy to burn more fat while exercising and eat only after workout.
It's most efficient to drop fats on a cut. But you will still need a balance of all macros
Don't obsess about glycogen and carb timing and all that BS. You aren't studying for an exam
Just lift, eat variations of proper food and watch your calories for weeks and weeks and weeks
I guess after I lost 14kg got too motivated and now I'm trying to get the best way to lose more and then how to start bulking, thanks for the advices
>potatoes
>sweet potatoes
>whole milk, raw if possible
>whole greek yoghurt
>berries
>citrus fruit
>apples
>pasta and bread

peat deniers should be shot in the street
CICO isn't a diet, it's a phrase to represent thermodynamics. You lose weight on any diet because of CICO.
Keto has huge health benefits. Carnivore has more. Carbs are poison. That's all you need to know.
This is a great idea. You will probably wind up with something like Stan Efferding's vertical diet which is basically a simplified Paleo diet where you eat a lot of beef, some chicken, some fish, some eggs, a modest selection of green veegtables that agrees with your digestion (don't go eating bales of kale), a small amount of fruit and then more or less white rice to round out your carbohydrate and caloric needs.
Need more caloires? Add some more rice. Need less calories> Cut back on rice.
Red meat is the most nutrient dense AND digestible/bioavailable food on the motherfricking planet and if you are serious about your health, you must keep it in.
>why only one diet?
>why not just take the best parts of diets and make one diet?
fat moron.
