I used synthetic nic pouches for a few years to quit cigs bc they were fricking up my lungs. Turns out I developed an auto-immune reaction to them over time. Popping one in would almost immediately cause me to develop fever and flu like symptoms. Sucks. They were so convenient. Now I have to use old fashioned dip and pipe tobacco.
Nicotine is bad for the health of your blood vessels. It constricts them and calcifies them. Increases blood pressure. Bad for your heart. Studies have shown that smoking increase chances of suffering from erectile disfunction.
