        For me, PPL has always been less hypertrophic and more strengthening. I know PPL varies per person. I also think an Arnold split 6 months in like you did would constitute as overtraining, plus Arnold was on roids. I don’t think you’re genetically challenged enough to need to take roids

              i literally started working abs a few months ago because I fell for the abs in the kitchen meme, so now I do incline ab crunch superset with either legs raise or cable crunch
              I do it 5 days a week, just a few set until i can't do anymore or feel like leaving the gym

                I barely do legs, a few set of leg press, leg extension, and hamstring curl. calves raise if i'm feeling it. When I started lifting I used to love doing legs and did them a ton so i always had good legs, even though they kinda fell behind the upper body

    I've been lifting for a few years and I like staying natural. When you're natural, and you've been lifting for a couple of years at least, unless you're a genetic dead end, there's this sensation that a really good physique is just beyond the horizon for you. Just a little bit more muscle in the right places. If you roid you can get to a weird place where gaining more muscle won't make you look any better - which has got to be pretty weird psychologically. It's kind of like the carrot on the string in front of the horse except that you're also eating the carrot, but only a little bit of it. Like you're trying to reach the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow and you're not quite there but you're having fun getting there.

    Biggest cope ever, literally comes down to effort, you can achieve anything you want as long as you put the effort in. Of course the roidcels in picrel look insane like that, they put in hard effort and also take a performance enhancing drug to help aid them in their goals.
    You can still achieve a roider look while being natty as long as you aren't over 50. When you start getting a older you may require PEDs to achieve that insane appearance.
