Italian's aren't white and have lactose intolerance so I wouldn't advise it.

"Lactose intolerance" is usually actually casein intolerance

this post is by a third worlder who saw some millennials joking about italians not being white and decided to emulate it
the effort to try to make all the punctuation and grammar correct yet still making a mistake is pretty funny

anyway aged cheese doesnt have lactose bc the bacteria eat up all of it

        >effort to make post grammar
Some people just put in most of the apostrophes and periods and junk out of habit.
Not doing that probably means you're a nog.

        Correct on the cheese biz.

This isn't cheese and will kill you. If you're in the north, find the local cheese man and get it from him. If you're in the south go ahead and kys

You would be eating 125g (so one joghurt cup) of pure fat a day. That puts a strain on your pancreas. Not enough to cause the beetus, but it is not advisable medically. Of course only someone who saw you can tell.

Buy raw milk and leave it out on the counter until it clabbers and separates into curds and whey. That's the cheese you can eat as much as you want of. Cheers.

it would be a huge improvement over most diets
people have lived years on milk alone
just make sure the cheese you eat is made from animal rennet not so called "bacterial" or "vegetarian" rennet

I’d say you’d get constipated but I think that depends on the person. My 5 year old loves cheese and eats a lot some days and is always fine. Better for you than sugar.
