by giving up, you accept the worst possible outcome instead of fighting for a better one.
if that's the man you want to be, then there's nothing else to be said.
You want to feel like you have no choice, but you’ve actually been choosing to not try for the last 5 years. Make better choices.
This. So many people love to instantly go to "it's over" rather than "I'm doing something wrong and need help"
well stop weighing 400 fricking lbs
weighing 400lbs would help you lift more
Yeah you should quit now. You're taking up my gym space
Either your diet is absolute garbage, you half arse every workout or your routine is trash. Barring 300lbs+ lards and women, everyone should be benching bodyweight after a year of doing things right
Try doing an actual program though, for some reason in fitness, idiots with no knowledge think they can create their own great routine, and their routines are always shit. Stick to a program and eat right and you'll see progress
someone who's 300 lbs and lifting for years should be benching 3pl8 easily
i eat enough protein and food and train hard and have a good routine but im still weak
How much protein do you eat? Do you get good sleep? What is your current bench, body weight, and a rough body fat percent?
i can only do at best 245lbs for 3 reps
because im a failure at everything else
So what you’re telling me is you’ve been going to the gym for 5 years and not only can you still not bench your body weight, but you still weigh over 250 pounds?
Obviously you’re being extremely disingenuous. Either you haven’t been training consistently for those 5 years or you don’t actually push yourself. Pretty much everyone I know who’s been going to the gym for 2+ years consistently can bench at least 275.
i have been training for 5 years and train to muscular failure
maybe it is about technique maybe its about sleep.
There is alot of diffrent reasons as to why.
Do you change the reps and weight from time to time and where in the lift do you fail? If you fail in the lockout you might need to train your triceps extra
should i just quit and kill myself
im low iq i should probably just kill myself already
>5years
>cant hit body weight
Damn I went from skinnyfat dyel to bp my body weight in 5 months bro. Im 40. Try harder. Way harder.
Why did you bother with lifting in the first place? Majority of people dont lift and they live fulfilled life with great relationships etc.
