I can't imagine being this fricking stupid. Holy cow. You should probably stop lifting since you're too stupid to follow 3 instructions correctly.
its not my fault im low iq
Fix your diet you spaz
i eat more than enough
You either have a muscle atrophy disease or you haven't been lifting for five years.
Stop lying to yourself anon.
ive been lifting for 5 years
>ive been training for more than 5 years and cant even bench my own bodyweight
is the reason you can't bench your bodyweight because you're morbidly obese?
If you're too dumb to figure out that you shouldn't train with the same weight for 5 years straight, then yes.
No, it's because he's moronic and has been benching the exact same weight for 5 years straight.
Nta but I also can't seem to break past 90lb dumbell bench.
Been hitting these things for like 6 months now, and I just flip between being able to lift them 1 times and 4 times randomly
no im weak and cant progress even if i try
I hit 107kg bw bros
realize that most men are genetic dead ends.
i was benching 225 within 4 months of gym.
life is unfair.
should i just kill myself
No, now go hit the gym and kill some sets
Dead men can't lift, and you haven't earned your rest yet
Gains are measured in years, not days, so just keep at it and watch your results improve
WAGMI brother
its been 5 years of no gains
Just imagine man, 5 years of no gains.
im planning to kill myself
>Dead men can't lift
Fricking kek and based
Don't just go to the gym. If you've been doing it for 5 years and made no gains you're doing something seriously wrong. You need to figure out what you're doing wrong and fix it. Routines and subtleties in philosophies vary but the following is objective truth which is absolutely required to get stronger:
1. Lift 3 sets of 8 reps of each exercise. (5-12 reps can work, I'm using 8 for this explanation)
2. The weight lifted must be as heavy as you can just barely manage to finish the sets. If you can't do 3x8 with the weight, it is too heavy. If you finish 3x8 and could've done more, it was too light. You only make gains if the weight and volume is correct.
3. Do this once or twice a week, per lift
4. Eat at least 0.8 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day
Based on what you said here:
>I just flip between being and to lift them 1 time and 4 times randomly
It sounds like you're doing #1 and #2 very wrong. Also based on how stupid you are, I assume you're doing the rest wrong too.
i do that but im still weak
iam weak and low iq, i should just kill myself because i cant do anything
Have you tried not being moronic and weak?
Yeah if this is real it's pretty unbelievable. You should probably just get a job as a janitor and stop bothering society.
under no circumstances. you can still find another avenue in life to bring yourself and other happiness and fulfillment.
maybe you weren't born for lifting. maybe you were.
maybe there is another sport you can do.
try something different.
im just going to kill myself
i have 6000mg of benadryl in my drawer when im ready to do it
ODing on pills is a horrible way to to you'll be in a lot of pain and discomfort for hours.
thats what i deserve for being weak and low iq
>i have 6000mg of benadryl
according to google it should be more than the lethal dose for me
oh. i know who you are.
do it homie breasts.
should've done it years ago now.
what's wrong? last time you made this thread didn't work? you can't even have a nice day properly?
fricking loser. there's a reason why you will never be better. and you know why.
attention whoring piece of homosexual shit.
What the frick are you doing if you can't bench BW after 5 years; Is it just that you're overweight?
I've only been lifting for a little more than a year and I've long since reached the point where I can consistently bench my own BW.
It's still possible for you to get there, but you're probably going to have to either change your eating or lifting habits, because at least one of them has to be deficient if that's the cumulative progress you made in 5 whole years.
I shouldn't ask but I will: post your chest routine and I'll review it.
>JUST GIVE UP ALREADY
>STOP TRYING RIGHT NOW
