Why the fuck do I have to nap after every fucking meal?

Why the frick do I have to nap after every fricking meal? As of the past 2 weeks, all I've done, all day, is just fricking eat and sleep. It's becoming incredibly problematic. I just woke up from a 4 hour slumber from 16:00 to 20:00. I missed the whole day.........

sleep if you're tired. consume more sugar with your meals if you're tired after eating.

    >eat smaller meals
    >eat less carbs
    >eat more protein and fat relative to carbs
    >go for a 10-to-15-minute walk after each meal

So it is the carbs causing this? But this happens after every meal, regardless of what I eat. The most recent nap happened after 2 tuna sandwiches. Yesterday it happened after ramen, then rice with salmon, then potato soup
I do eat a lot of carbs because I'm trying to bulk, but what am I supposed to bulk with otherwise? Just peanut butter on a spoon? My current macros ratio is 50% carbs, 20% protein and 30% fat, which seems fine? I eat 2800 kcal a day....

Fast for 72 hours, after that makes sure you get atleast a 12h fast between evening and breakfast, no need for more, its just to give your body a bit of rest from eating.
You are going have diabetes soon if you continue like that.

it's hypoglycemia, which is caused by an over-reactive insulin response, which, in the absence of dietary glucose, will make you hypoglycemic.
remember that insulin does a myriad of things, and its secretion is provoked by more than just blood sugar levels.

do this if you want to die

because most people (americans) have metabolic disease affecting their liver, their glycogen stores are so impaired even a modest meal can overwhelm your liver's capacity to balance the insulin response by releasing glucose from glycogen stores. use ray peat's knowledge to fix your body, and in the meantime be vigilant about pairing meals with adequate amounts of simple sugars so as to not overburden your already burdened organs

I wish I could do this without fricking my circadian rhythm into oblivion.
If I sleep for nearly any length of time, I am not falling asleep again in 14h+.

Either spiked insulin or you're eating too much potassium.
I save all potassium (bananas, broccoli, etc) before I go to bed.

You may be napping after every meal because you nap after every meal.

This may be because it has become a habit, so you may want to try to short-circuit it by taking a walk after each meal.

I'm nearly 40 and if I start to doze after dinner, I get outside for a walk.
