gen z fitness icons like greg doucette who preach being healthy, as opposed to millenial fitness icons like zyzz or jay cutler or pj braun or ronnie from the jersey shore who advocate eating pure dogshit as long as it's more calories to gain weight.

    >Gen Z clean bulking
    >When their Zyzz’s diet is tren mixed cocoa pebbles and 70/30 hamburger topped pizza with a gallon of mountain dew
I don’t even know his fricking name, you popcorn tops spam him everyday. Not even complaining about the roids, just saying real Zyzz lean tren is way better than that 19 year old that looks like Der Inflatable Fuhrer.

We were clueless? The internet is cancer but instagram/TikTok/YouTube have surprisingly disseminated lots of bodybuilding knowledge that was thrown out during the millennial era in favor of ‘science’. Still remember our high school trainer who didn’t even look like he worked out having us do exercises on bosu balls before basketball practice. Truly a dark era

i dirty bulked for a year because i just thought that's what you were supposed to do. i got quite strong but what the frick is the point of that when i want to be aesthetic and healthy? so i dropped the weight and now i have permanent stretch marks that i didn't have before. shit sucks and i admit i got duped by the internet, but it's evolved since then to really filter out the bullshit.

When millenials were kids the fast food companies were unhinged on their marketing campaigns and every cartoon on the tv celebrated any kindnof victory by eating pizza and candy. It was burnt into our brains. It was hard as frick for me to stop eating trash because i thought it was delicious, ive spend some months eating clean and now fast food is a torture for me. Im glad gen X put some brakes to the fast food reigns at least in europe. We would be all wall e style fatsos if it didnt happen. Zoomers were raised with cartoons that promote homosexualry and being a supreme selfrighteous homosexual, so they always do what its correct instead of acting reckless like millenials, who were raised to be edgy and libertine.

Millennials were generally in an environment of all calories being equal and macronutrient balance being the only thing that mattered. It's been the prevailing "fitness" diet narrative since the 90s until quite recently. I'm not sure how much has changed recently but there is an emphasis on food quality (grass fed meat, raw dairy etc) that didn't exist a decade ago perhaps due to the influence of both carnivore and all the ex-vegan trainwrecks.

millenials were the last generation to have the old food pyramid on posters in your kindergarten and grade school classes. where it says the basis of your diet is eating 7 sources of bread/grains daily lmao

Millennials had poor parents so clean bulk was not on the menu.

There’s literally no reason to dirty bulk it’s fricking stupid. Just so you can pig out on guilty pleasures.

It's even more annoying when you realize how massive a range "millenial" actually is. It's a completely useless label.
