Will a 6 month bulk be too much?

I’m roughly 82kg/ 180lbs right now and want to get to 93kg/ 205lbs by early June.

Will I be a lardass.
Picrel is me last summer at around 75 - 77kg I think.
I made strength gains since then but honestly a lot of it was just me being lazy, haven’t been gymcelling too hard due to college stress and laziness.

I went from 75kg last september to approximately 90kg now.
I am 6'0 and i kept lifting more as i ate more. Aside from some stomach fat id say i look lean. Stomach fat is the type that if you work out few times it becomes defined with ab lines so i dont think adding 15kilos put me anywhere near lardass.
My body tyle is a lot like yours, Op (aside from those atrocious pecs) so id say you should be looking at 100, 110 kilos if you want a serious bulk.
I personally dont do bulk as such, i simply keep eating and adjusting intensity. If i feel i eat more than i can spend in the gym i'll cut back on food.
I just aim to naturally get as heavy as i can staying lean and then maintain indefinitely

      Thanks, same height as you.
I stopped working out properly for a month because of college stress and I hate the way my stomach looks now.

What do you consider your bodytype?
Anything I can do about pecs? I can only bench my bodyweight for about 5 reps so i'm hoping they'll look better as time goes on, but yeah, not expecting wonders.

i see absolutely no benefit. If you looked like that at 75-77kg i think your realistic weight for next June should be 80kg at the very most. I mean even that is ridiculous you are not putting 3-5kg of pure lean muscle mass in a year especially if you havent been gymcelling and have stress / are lazy. Like even the 2kg range is huge. Which one was it? Was it 75kg lean or 77kg lean? 2kg of lean muscle is an absurd difference. I would bulk very slowly to 85kg in the next 3 months. So that would be about a 250kcal daily surplus. Then from 85kg you cut for 3 months at 500kcal deficit and you might end up at around 79kg with luckily more lean muscle mass than last year.

Like sure you can go for 93kg but again idk what you are doing with your life. Around 14kg of that will be excess fat that will take at least 7 months to cut at a 2kg pace with literal perfection and no rebounding. Like you will need to start your 2025 summer cut by next year's early June lol. But if you are a powerlifter and want to make strength gains sure? Go for 120kg next june for all I care.

if I looked like what? are you saying I was already fat or skinny?
I'm already 82kg like I said. I don't want to be a small skinnyfat twink b***h forever. If I just keep memeing around with small bulks and cuts like that i'll be small forever.

With the little muscle mass I have, shouldn't a lot of what I gain be muscle?

      bro what lol?
I'm back now anyway. I shouldn't be too stressed until September and plan to go gymcelling 4x a week.

      This

Op, look up realistic natural muscle gains
Hint: a natural lifter on average gains maybe 15-20 kg lean muscle mass in his entire career (20 years)

And that’s with 20 years of consistent, intelligent effort

yes, and I would gain that faster with a big bulk instead of meme bulks and cuts, no?
Shouldn’t I be making fast progress with the little muscle mass I have?

You can’t build more than 1 kg muscle a month, regardless of what you do.

I gained 15 pounds in about 6 months of dedicated lifting, but those were beginner gains.
I was 150 when I started, and now I'm about 180 more than five years later.
I put on just over 1 kg of weight a month, but it sure as shit wasn't all muscle mass.

Im 185cm while being around 82kg as well. I even have same body as you . I only have more belly fat but i used to be 102kg untrained whale. I want to do same as you so post your progress once you go for 93kg so i know if i will go same route as you. Right now i want to bulk only 5kg.

alright, will do. I'm 184cm. Don't have any current pics because I didn't train much the last month so I look like shit now.

It will not be too much, but you need to make sure you train every muscle group, and dont skimp on abs! You dont want your abs to be in the same place they started when youre back to being cut again do you?

yeah I don't train abs at all except for squeezing more when doing other exercises and doing squats. I hate doing them and I feel like it puts me in a bad mood for the entire workout.
I do push/ pull. Where do you recommend I squeeze them in?

What do you do? Are meme planks and crunches enough? I'm not willing to put too much effort into them.

            hanging leg raises
