will donating plasma effect gains?

i donated plasma recently for some extra cash and im planning on making it a habit. would doing this effect my gains? it tanked my energy level afterwards and i have to do it twice a week with 1 day in between donations. are there any work out programs with a weird rest day pattern that'll help me work around this?

It'll surely ruin your gains if it's that frequent

Hospitals need it, it's critical for modern medicine, and demand always outweighs supply. So hospitals have to resort to paying people for their blood

Its strange, its bascially only America that pays for plasma. In most other countries, including Australia its still a free donation, which means they never have enough donors. The only reward is grabbing some food.

But America ends up exporting massive amounts of plasma every year. Its literally over 2.5% of America's exports and supplies like 70% of the world uses.

I'm not a burger. I'm in Czech Republic and I see plasma donations advertised in my Uni canteen and maybe even dorms, probably because if there is one group that is perpetually broke it's university students

I don't mind donating blood but the minute I need to withdraw some they look at me like in crazy. I'm beginning to think master shake was onto something with his theory that blood banks are just a ponzi scheme ran by Dracula and his minions.

Makes you more likely to bleed. Maybe even suffer a stroke. I don't see how it would make you lose your gains though other than the protein demands for your body would increase. Maybe your body wouldn't be able to digest and absorb protein as fast as you use it up making new plasma cells and proteins in your blood and other anabolic uses.

I've donated plasma regularly for several years now, hasn't had any noticeable effect on me.

Plasma they give you the red cells back tho.
It does, however, get rid of microplastics and PFAS.

I sell plasma 2x/wk and have for years and I've never noticed any gains nerf at all
I just plan on doing my workouts some time in the day before giving plasma, because it fricks your stamina the rest of the day
After 12+ hours and a night of sleep I've never noticed any lingering effect at all

I can tell you with absolute certainty that donating would never in a million years effect gains.
