you'll probably get some supression but it's nothing compared to the supression you'd get from any amount of exogenous test and the hepatoxicity is probably lower than what you'd get with having a few drinks per week. at therapeutic doses there was a complete absence of liver toxicity

the best would be to take LGD with a GH secretagogue. just keep in mind LGD does not aromatize so eventually you will get shut down and have zero estrogen, which is horrible for almost every process in your body. including anabolism. that does mean itll be easier to bounce back from during PCT, estradiol is one of the key components in suppression with the negative feedback loop. the other being the androgenic activation itsself.

im on an ostarine + enclo cycle and I'm getting exactly what I want out of it, which is to recomp without looking like I'm on gear. it definitely works. it's not like I'm just laying on mass but there's a noticeable difference
will I do it again? Maybe, I don't know, I'm going to do a var + test cycle and see if I like it. The main downside is it fricked my lipids and it's expensive
also osta+enclo and I had a similar experience. my cholesterol was fine (probably cardarine helped) and lipids were increased, not alarmingly, but I was drinking everyday for 3 years until last october
