    Try fixing your life first but if that doesn't work maybe trt is your answer. I honestly didn't know this was a problem for so many people, also it'll take a while for shit to set in. But yeah shits basically directly tied to testosterone levels so make sure to sleep and eat enough veggies meat and animal fats number one, number two exercise and lift amd don't overexert like long distance runners.

    I can recover from lifting almost every day if I want even on shit sleep, and build muscle pretty easily. You'll notice effects set in in tiers from a few days to a few months so don't be too fast to go on trt.
