Cable crunches and hanging leg raises worked for me. Ab wheel is nice too.

abs muscles just like any other muscles, you want to stretch and contract, so something like cable crunches or machine crunches if your gym actually has a decent machine for it.
You could cut a bit if you want your chest to look better, the leaner you are the better it looks.

You should be training everything bro even on a cut. Otherwise you'll lose size
unless you go full pharmacy, you will experience the opposite of ED on roids, when I did test only cycle I was literally rock hard 24/7
also for me the biggest benefit of doing test was that I could do like 2-3 hour workouts 7 days a week and was recovering just fine, so if you're a gymcel that wants to spend every possible hour at the gym test is good, idk about other compounds, can't say anything positive or negative about them since I haven't tried them

For 2 years I did 20 sets a week of presses at different angles, always lifted to failure, and always did a drop set at the end. Couldn’t really get DOMS no matter how hard I pushed my self. Switched to just 16 sets of flys, not even pushing that myself that hard, and I still get gnarly DOMS from it >umm achtully you don’t need to be sore to grow
