guys I'm too good at the ab roller on my knees but not good enough to do it standing. Knee ab roller is boring now and I feel like I'm wasting my time doing so many just to get a burn going, how do I level up to standing ab rolling?
You also have to lose body fat, but the larger your abs the more fat you can have. I'm above 20% but can still see my top 4 abs when flexing.

Targeting a muscle group will always be better. Most ab exercises are compounds but there are some pulls, like front pull or L-sit pullups, that hit them decently

the average ISTizen (who doesn't lift) will tell you to do le epic hanging leg raises or windshield wipers. a normal person (that exercises) will tell you to do weighted cable crunches, weighted dynamic planks, and weighted situps with foot support.
