If I feel like it idk yet
I'm weighing going for a 500lb desdlift or an 18minutr 5k in 24
We will see how q1 goes
No. Still need to bulk more
Hopefully will be there by may
Nope, no point
Why haven't you posted your body instead of trying to force this meme?
people always want to talk to you when you're visibly muscular. it's really annoying. I'd stay permabulked, but want to take up mountaineering in the future, so gotta get my cardio going again.
I really want to. I'm 5'8 and got down to 150lbs but I just looked really skinny. I was also doing a shit ton of extended water fasts. It dropped the weight but, any muscle I built just presumably went away.
I learned my lesson because I just ballooned up back to 190 anyways so now I'm just taking it slow. Hopefully I look much better. Currently 186, just doing a simple 20% calorie reduction and following Natural Hypertrophy's Adam Routine.
Goal is just pretty much a tom holland type build. I realized I don't have much time to be in the gym but I do enjoy fitness so, I think this would be a good compromise that I can maintain for the rest of my life.
no, i'm hungry
How would it be dropping, if it's going to 12, you moron?
>get to 12%
>start rapidly balding
Sheeeeit
Affirmative im on track
If i am 230lb and 23% how much weight do i have to lose? 30lb?
Yeah about that. 27lbs.
you can also lose muscle while dropping weight. You just need to exercise more. I was ~18% body fat when I was 230 lbs
Can I just not eat and lose weight to 140lbs? I’m a manlet. I will never be strong or intimidating anyways so may as well leanmax?
No, that's completely unrealistic.
>Step one is to actually be consistent with lifting and grappling.
>Step two is to add tennis to that.
After seeing where that has taken me by April, step three is to adapt my diet. I want to lean out but I have to realise that that is not a goal I should set for myself right now. I need to fill my life with physical activities that I can keep up consistently. Then I can worry about how I look.
>Was at 14% a month ago
>Eat all the way back to 17%
2024 I will make it and not pig out again
hello I'm 10.8%
I prefer13-14% myself. Sacrificing any daily energy is nonsense
I'm bloatmaxxing
I will. I'm too curious to know what I look like stripped down to bare muscle.
let's get it boys
how to measure it? navy formula says 12%, mirror says more like 16-20%
Most likely you are ether measuring the wrong areas or are holding the tape to tight. Maybe both.
yeah it was waist at the navel height not at the narrowest point. says 17% now, which would mean roughly 6kg of fat weight to lose including now+what i'll gain from current bulk. not unreasonable to make it to sub 12% in 2024
