You are cutting right? Winter is the best time to cut. Everybody else is on their "Sam sulek winter bulk (tm)" so when you have 6 pack abs and bicep veins, girls look at you because you're the only real eye candy in the gym
Then come January you can impress all the new resolutioners with your shredded body. Potentially even pick up a new cardio bunny gf
Stop following normies who bulk and cut the same 5lbs every 3 months. Cut from now until spring. See real results

No I'm acquiring mass and cutting in the spring. I'm working at a summer camp and I gotta be shredded for all the stacies
By that logic you should cut now. If you bulk now, there's no way 3 months of spring cutting is enough to get you shredded by summer
How fricking fat do you guys get on a bulk? I can still see my abs the whole time and it legit takes me a month to cut pretty well. 3 months should be like your first real cut, but after that, it should take like 2 months max to slim back down. Are you guys just dirty bulking 4k calories a day?
3 months is only 12lbs. Assuming you were 18% bodyfat. 12lbs isn't enough to hit 10%. Youre likely much fatter than you think you are. Post body
18% is fat af, there lies your problem. Never go above 15% on a bulk
Can't chisel a pebble m8
t.248lbs bloat lord
always clean cut. unironically your body is a temple.
Exactly. When people say they are depressed and feel like shit. I can only imagine the junk they eat.
Find a better gym
You're going to have to post body for better estimations but I'm assuming you'll probably be 55kg assuming the same rate of change
Picrel is me currently, flexing abs with a pump. https://files.catbox.moe/rmupx3.jpeg
Shit tier upper chest, fix that shit and you'll be golden
My entire chest is lagging honestly. But I do OHP and incline DB press every push day along with standard flat bench.
Thank you very much, anon. I hope your fitness progress is also going great.
Yeah, I'd say about another 7 or 8kg before you really get shredded. Making great progress though. Keep it up
Eye candy to the fat gym dykes at the gym
Bros, I need some help in estimating what my bodyweight would be at 10-12%bf.
Start of my bulk 2 months ago: 68kg ~22%bf
Currently: 62kgs ~16-17%bf
Based, I'm doing that. 5lbs down, 10 more to go. Gonna be stacked. WGMI
Yes, around 9kg down since the start of September. Probably going to lose another few kg but illness has kinda derailed gym and eating the last 4 or 5 days.
Based. Lost 2lbs yesterday from f8nally releasing built up waterweight. Abs are looking crazy and people in the gym are starting to notice. Last week I had a guy tell me he can see much more definition in my arms than before. I've also noticed more women checking me out.
147lbs on track to become 140 by the end of the year.
>yes I'm a manlet, sue me
I was gonna do a light bulk this winter just to be comfy and gain a bit on my lifts after cutting last spring and summer, but within a month of being off my cut i gained too much (10+) pounds.
I feel like i look like shit now so ill be joining you winter cut bros. Maybe this way i can have a more chilled summer and say yes to more beers and bbqs.
>best tips for losing weight from personal experience?
3 years ago i was 220 and started losing weight, a little over a year ago i got down to 170 but after starting a new medication i went up got back up to 210.
now i really want to lose it all again and get down to 150 but after a few weeks im still 210 even though i should have been in a deficit.
most frustrating thing with weight lose is how its so hard to lose weight but i put most of the weight back on in less than 3 months.
It's a slow grind. That's why I recommend never bulking in the first place.
There's only 2 ways to lose weight.
>move more
>eat less
So if you're sure you were on a deficit, you need to eat less. You can also train harder. But it's much easier to eat less than it is to train harder.
Post body. If you're not 10% bodyfat shredded, then I don't want to hear it
My wife asked me to bulk.
>be at peak cut
>have clear defined core
>gf says they feel like bone
>have to show her what the individual muscles are in my mid section to make her stfu
women are kinda moronic, showed her me at peak bulk and she said I looked ''ripped'' when I was fatter, not even lost any muscle mass or size I've just cut. At this point maybe I should just put more fat on, or is this an elaborate ploy to make me less sexy as she gets very jealous with other women and me
Depends on how lean you are. If you have visible abs imho that's enough for a GF.
at peak bulk they were barely visible, but I like being lean, dunno if shes fricking with me but I think women when it comes to bodies are a bit moronic so im just going to do what I want and for now enjoy my cut state
Women are dumb. My wife likes to ridicule me and my eating habits. Saying I don't eat, I'm anorexic, small, thin. But then whenever I'm shirtless she's miring. She doesn't like me going out alone in tight shirts that make my body look too good.
She also complains whenever I post a shirtless photo on Instagram
At the same time, she's been telling me about how she wants to lose weight, how she's been eating less, and how she joined a workout group for moms with young kids.
They say one thing, but the actions say another. Do you, women hate and love it when their man is fit
How the frick does everyone take months to cut?
I eat whatever I want and it takes a few weeks to cut because I never allow myself to become a fatass in the first place, also I cardio away the calories, frick dieting I can cardio for 2 hours anyway, what else would I be doing? Playing video games… lol, lmao
>cut
>eat whatever you want
>only a few weeks
>never gained fat
>cardio for 2 hours
>video games are boring
yes anon, we all were 22 years old once too
Can anyone explain how to cut from 20% body fat to 12%? I know I’ve got a physique hiding under this layer of blubber.
>stop drinking alcohol
>eat below the TDEE. (1800 calories).
>stop eating fats, fried foods, cheese, goyslop -
>consume 1g of protein per 1lb of body weight.
>run a PPL, hypertrophy, or bro split routine with significant volume.
>gym 5-6 days a week.
>do cardio
Is that it? My gym sessions are down to 3-4, my cardio is a quarter mile jog infrequently, my protein intake is no existent, my daily calories is about 2000 but some days I don’t eat anything, and I have 2-3 whiskies a day.
I keep wanting to jumpstart with ECA stack (I’ve done this before with good results) but I hate the feeling of stimulants and workout in the evening after work (biggest hit to fitness lifestyle) so it would keep me up all night.
DM me your advice.
>eat below the TDEE. (1800 calories).
If your tdee is 2000 calories for maintenance 1800 is very minimal and very easy to negate with a bad day or a small snack.
You want to lose weight? You need to be more aggressive with your cut. At minimum you should be cutting -500. Honestly -800 is probably borderline between progress and difficulty. Any more and you'll have diminishing returns.
Cut out unneeded calories, eat clean, more protein, gym 4 to 5 days a week. Cardio as necessary
