Don't know man. This height shit sucks. My brother is 5'9 and im 5'7. He went to the gym at 14 and got into diet and shit at 16-17. I was a skinny fat homosexual that did nothing. Maybe if i had a better diet with more protein and a more active lifestyle i wouldn't be as short as i am. I swear if i ever have a kid i will heightmaxx the frick out of him. But it's over for us. Considering getting one of those surgeries that add a few cm to your height. 3-6 cm would be enough to be honest, wouldn't feel insecure about it
not worth fricking over your mobility and a future of severe leg pain post age 40 just for a few cms, better just wear lifts
