Sounds like you're extremely self-conscious and projecting. You're probably noticing things like stray baby hairs falling down from a combed back hairline and thinking that's thinning. Or seeing a small widow's peak which many women have and thinking that means it's in the process of receding. Or just hyperfixating on certain angles from which the natural roundness of the human skull makes the hairline seem less "flat". Some older women do thin out a bit and tying back too tight for years causing some frontal thinning is also a thing, but neither are anywhere near common enough for you to be noticing on every woman you know.
