Maybe get a job that will not frick up your back more? You're a human being not a machine
I live in a place where guys without degrees are pretty much only hired for Manual work, Services don't hire guys at all
And my degree is 3 years away if not more
Where do you live? Does your country do any mining or oil drilling? Or you could probably just go to your local hospital's website or linkedin/seek/indeed page and browse through some available jobs. There are heaps of really low entry easy jobs in healthcare where the only qualifications you need are like a 3-6 month course and a "safety training" kind of certificate that you can do in an afternoon. Shit like collecting and dispositing of garbage but it's like "hazardous waste" or some shit, so you get paid a decent amount. Or sterilising stuff that's basically like washing dishes but with a bit more common sense, and you get paid a lot more for it because of the responsibility (e.g. don't sneeze on the surgical tools).
you should have learned 2 code bro
thanks to that I barely leave my house now (gym routine aside)
I have been doing a trivial IT desk jockey job for 3 years. At the start of it, I was 80kg, now I am 110kg.
not like this bro, you should also have cared about your health and keep going to the gym like I said
I do go to the gym, but free company food is my weakness.
my company kinda does the same thing, but it's no food per se but a monthly voucher that I can spend on supermarkets and restaurants
I used to buy healthy food and sustain my bulk/cut cycles
You had free food to bulk and you still fricked it up?
Lean?!
The only way to not get fat at an office/sedentary job is to be super strict about not drinking your calories, not snacking, focusing on a meal frequency that works for you (one meal a day, two [which is likely ideal], or three small meals) and eating a whole food diet (high in fibre, vegetables and protein i.e. high volume satiating meals).
half of those jobs are going to be gone in another decade that isnt an answer anymore
Umm, everybody has discs, sweetie
Just get a comfy desk job at your family’s company
Should have been born rich, idiot
this helped me
OP do you have anterior pelvic tilt
core exercises help with keeping your back straight and shit like that.
failing that, just wear a back brace under your clothes, it's what I did and it helped immensely, no more back pain.
Never curse the Lord again, anon. And do the wall sits in pic related.
