Working out while high

Do any of you lift while high on DRUGS?

Worked out on ketamine the other day and it was transcendent. Best workout of my life. I was completely in tune with my mind and body. Felt like I shifted from lifting because I'm not good enough to lifting because I deserve the best version of myself. Highly recommend

        Find a strain that emphasizes body high (vs head high) Take like 2-3, drink a lot of water, wait 40 minutes, then enjoy unlimited energy & physical adeptness that makes normal life look like a claymation video of clunky movement. Personally I use them for running barefoot & rock climbing. I basically become Tarzan, without exaggeration. Last week I ran barefoot in this grove of oak trees without even touching the ground, just literally jumping from tree branch to tree branch, toes gripping onto the wood like a monkey. Manipulating my feet and hands in ways I wouldn't even consider sober to hold balance on even small nubs & branches. Listen to some chill/vibe music with a driving beat. It unlocks God-mode for me. You will dehydrate so just remember to bring a lot of water. If barefoot isn't your thing, really well tied trail runner shoes are the next best thing, but in that situation stay out of trees. Completely cured my depression 2 years ago, and has made me more focused.

            Body high meaning just a warm sensation all over, and energy. 2-3 decent sized mushrooms, not grams. If you just want to use them aside from exercise, my recommendation is just to do them in nature & just reset your mind. Walk in a nice grassy areas with some water. If you can hike near water/ a creek do that. It's honestly life changing. The cool thing is that it doesnt ruin those experiences for you when you're not high, and you'll still enjoy everything as much as you did before trying mushrooms. If you get a strain with a head high, just take 1-2 with some food & enjoy whatever you're doing. I play online chess sometimes after a hike while I still have tail end of the high & my strategic/tactical creativity is off the charts. Definitely best done in nature though.

                I have been on hillbilly cubensis lately, so far the best for my uses. About 2 about the size of your thumb should do the trick, I weigh about 180 lbs. If you're significantly heavier, go for 3.

                A normal recreational dose is 1-3 grams. You want to start smaller than that because you have no idea how you in particular are going to react. I for example really feel it. I've never worked out on shrooms before, but when I do so it will be with 500 mg because that is enough for me to have a really good time. I would not work out your first time using, find a quiet place that is clean, tidy, and well lit where you can relax for at least six hours, and take 500 mg. No electronics. No computer, no phone. If you want to do more the next time, recreate the same clean, quiet conditions and try 1 g.

    I like usually smoke a little pot before I row, not enough to get stoned, but enough to take my mind off how much I hate cardio. I also use kratom as a pre-workout for weightlifting, not sure if you'd consider that a drug though.

      I do it every weekend for fun but I’ve never tried working out on it. I’ve been to the gym on days where I’ve been doing ket beforehand so I’ve still got the kind of ketty hazey feeling but I’ve never actually had a bump then worked out straight after

      Dont take adderal or any stimulant if you are going to do anything stressful for the mind or body. Its fine if all you are going to do is mow the lawn or game, but it massively increases your anxiety level and over works your system.

      Unless you are so scatter brained you cant funciton dont take adhd meds routinely

      Not adderal but Ritalin and it's good, I don't get distracted during rest and can focus more on the movements. Sometimes increases anxiety, but lifting fixes that. Reduced appetite sucks while bulking tho

    I have some ketamine left in my fridge. How much did you take? Inssuflated? I can't image working out on this, but I take pretty high doses.
