this. let her have fun and do whatever she wants (probably copying your routine). if she doesn't like the gym I would try outdoor sports and cardio to encourage athleticism while also father daughter bonding.

What any child/teenager 'wants to do' is what they are influenced to do
If you're a good parent and involve them in healthy meaningful activities and are a role model that's what they'll want to do
If you're a shitty parent like you would be and leave them to their own devices they would be influenced by npc peers and brain dead tik tok society
There is a balance where you shouldn't force them with threats and manipulation, but you can subtly and positively encourage them and when they grow up they will thank you
I didn't always 'want to' do the hobbies I did as a child but looking back I have actual experiences and skills now instead of being a loser video gamer

Same. Played sports most of my life. Snowboarding and regular active lifestyle. Now when I’m older I enjoy taking it easy but I can join any activity I like whenever just because I have the background for it.

Yes but no. You're right but you should only force them until a certain age (15), from then on, whatever they do theyll have the advantage of being forced to do sports even if it was uncomfortable those years, it will pay off in attractiveness and overall long term benefits of health and everything else. Right about everything else though, i say this because even if they end up resenting this and rotting at least they have the option of potential, which they can't do if they dont do any sports at all growing up.

What does the pic rel mean? Your daughter shouldn’t play sports but instead take pictures of herself and put them on the internet for her ego?

Exactly. Keep your daughter down so she only values herself based on how her looks are perceived. Do not under any circumstances encourage her to reach the elite level in her chosen field

Megan hates men, Riley does not. Poster is wants a world where women do not grow up to hate men.

That’s very specific. Why is he being so cryptic about it?

Because Megan is topical right now and he wants to sound smart while talking about something related to her. Usually normie social media points and such...

I'll be honest if I have a daughter I'm just going to disregard her and try for a son. Women don't need quality parentage to survive nor do they benefit from it. I'm going to feed and clothe her but otherwise her existence will mean nothing to me. Regardless of my actions my daughter will end up either as some chads cumsock, or as a bitter lesbian feminist, so who cares?

My wife is 7 months pregnant with a boy right now so she isn't as engaged as she was, but we've already been teaching our daughter to be fit and active. Every morning starts with family calisthenics before breakfast, and in the evening she joins me in the home gym where she uses 2lb dumbbells and a 5lb medicine ball to do basic gross motor movements.

We plan on having at least 3 children, and after our son is born we're going to have a jungle gym built in the backyard that's able to have both adults and children use it so we can make it a family activity. Being engaged in fitness with your children is what will make it a lifelong habit, and I hope to make it a lifestyle that they never stop.

How old is your daughter? Mine is 3 and she’s rocking my 8kg kettlebell like crazy. She love that thing. Will be fun to teach her actual movements later on.

She's 4. Our goal is mainly to instill a love of being active so we've been focusing on stretching and bodyweight exercise to help her get a better understand of movement and balance. We've kept the weight light because she's mainly trying to copy us, but doesn't quite have the right form and we don't want her to hurt herself before she's actually able to properly control her movements.

She loves playing with the gymnastics rings mostly. She can already go from sitting on the floor to a support hold. She doesn't weigh that much, but it's still impressive.

I dont understand why they still curl their hair and let it down like that. It is in stark contrast to fitness. They look like trannies (men who want to look like women). Put it in a fricking ponytail and make it look practical and uniform, it looks way hotter. Fricks sake
