Its like "shotgun" squats, they're hard if you're jumping from body weight squats to them, but if you trained doing barbell squats then when you jump to them they're super easy as long as you can rep your body weight.

You use your biceps to curl your arm, and your triceps to extend your arm. No such thing as tricep curls.
