        It's your bodyweight(-forearms) at most, while you need to be very mindfull of your technique and weight distribution the whole time.
        Basically an easier version of handstand pushup.

          I'm missing the bottom/middle portions of my pectoral muscles and it still seems doable, so idk whats up with OP, probably doing calisthenics from the start instead of lifting because he doesn't want to go to the gym or something.
          Its like "shotgun" squats, they're hard if you're jumping from body weight squats to them, but if you trained doing barbell squats then when you jump to them they're super easy as long as you can rep your body weight.

    And yes, I actually tried a single rep just now for the first time, this isn't that difficult.

    You’re old and feeble, you’re not fit.
    I have my kids do this before every practice.
    There is no other explanation than as you get older certain muscles atrophy relative to the rest of the body and you lose the ability to do relatively easy exercises like this.
