No, they'll get buried. Will porsting such images censored have any impact? Potentially, as now we're harvesting the full capacity of the plataform. So all you can get right now is a culture shift on those topics.
You can't cause change by boycotting these platforms directly because you're just too much of a minority. If you wanted to cause real change, you'd need to rally people (normies) into action in a manner which threatens their profit more than not censoring content would. The fight against advertiser-friendly speech is a completely different beast, and you shouldn't delude yourself that something short of an massive open campaign will have any effect on it.
Imo, the best compromise atm is one which circumvents the algorithm censorship with sarcasm and humor. This achieves the original objective while not being as submissive or conivent with the platform commercial interests.
It's pointless to talk with socialists because they won't admit that most of them will have to do hard labor / dirty jobs and not make video games. They argue from the naive viewpoint that they will be allowed to be comfy and lazy in their new utopia rather than being forced to work 8+ hours a day doing something shit.
