I can see that, If you're talking about like top end elite tier there probably aren't many If anybpeople with finer bone structure
That doesn't mean I won't make 1 2 3 4 look easy as shit and that's good for me.
Every male between the age of 16-40, disregard of wrist size or '''genetic potential''', can attain 1/2/3/4 in a reasonable amount of time. It is really not that high of a benchmark. I mean, even if you start with just the bar in both the bench and ohp and progress 1kg or 1/2 kg each week, you'd reach your goal in about 1.5-2 years of lifting. Now, 2/3/4/5 and beyond is where genetic potential starts to become a thing.

Someone tell me is, is 1234 for reps or for 1rm?
It's for a single but fit larps and says sets. Not that it isn't attainable it's just a stupid measure. I could 5x5 1pl8 OHP before I could do a messy single rep of 2pl8 bench
Same shit what he's talking about is the robustness of the basic bone structure
All this said, I'm pretty sure your bones can grow a little bit too and become thicker as you increase strength

Correct I agree and I added this couple seconds before your comment
Someone tell me is, is 1234 for reps or for 1rm?
Kek
It's for 1
But for reps is where you make your money, so to speak
Would you confidently say that you can handle a given amount of weight if you struggle to lift it just once?
Yes that's the definition of lifting something you're handling it
Even if your technique breaks down and you take like 10 seconds to lock out?
Well that is exactly what a 1rm is. it's up to you how sloppy you consider to be your actual 1rm
No but I probably wouldn’t tell people in real life anyways since 1234 isn’t a thing there. I’m gonna say 2 reps for 1234 is counting.
But also why 40? No reason you can't hit 1 2 3 4 in your 60s.
70s I don't think so but who knows. Why not?
I'm not saying that you can't attain those numbers even if you are over 60, but I doubt every male over that age can do it.

can someone explain what 1/2/3/4 even is? seriously
It's a minimum strength standard for adult males
135 lbs overhead press, 225 Bench, 315 Squat and a 405 diddly
You were never going to reach your potential anyway dyel
Yeah full potential is way different than just 1 2 3 4 which everyone can do
what about ankle girth?
Same shit what he's talking about is the robustness of the basic bone structure

no, wiener size is
If I catch one of you tards staring at my wrists I'm going to humiliate you in public.
Am I doomed
