This physique is very prevalent in among natty calisthenics homosexuals.
You can get the chest by doing a lot of dips and deep push ups but there is no way to isolate the arms and shoulders without weights ( and/or roids)

Gymnasts lift weights and train with added weight. They gain more muscle than they need and deliberately lose it to optimize their leverages and performance. They start training in childhood. You have zero clue what gymnasts do in training.
