How long until feet become NSFW?

Already are. Women will censor feet before censoring ass. Foot Chads have always been oppressed by the inferior assgays

Thats because women are interested in high test normalgay men and those like ass while low test weirdos like feet.
Its true though, feet are nsfw now, Im pretty sure you would get fired if you were caught lurking a feet thread on /e/ or /s/

If you're decently good looking and slim. Yoga class is legit a good way to meet women as long as you don't rush like an autist.
You'll have women regularly looking at your body and you'll regularly be looking at their bodies.
Become a regular and stick to your routine.

had a phase where i went to yoga almost daily for like 9 months and never got laid. felt really hard to chat up anyone since everyone is quietly setting up before class, then leaves right when it ends. if you tried to talk to someone the entire class would be listening like "omg this dude is shooting his shot".

yes, i get laid regularly off the apps so inb4 youre ugly/ngmi/etc.

All it takes is one connection.
If she makes eye contact with you, don't rush in like a fricking autistic little shit.
If she keeps making eye contact with you month after month and blushes or smiles.
You just introduce yourself one day dude.
        It's not difficult
        >i get laid regularly off apps
Guaranteed you're fricking autistic, because you literally can't shoot your shot IRL. Like a man does.

What if I am slim and ugly? I consider flexibility to be an important aspect of fitness but I feel like I have plateaued with stretching and want to get more flexible so I was considering hot yoga

You could also try any mobility based program.
Dude do you realize how many football players more jacked than you will ever be do ballet?
        A shitton of them.
It is limbering + greatly increases balance.
        As do most dance schools.
It requires great strength and control to be able to hold these positions.

So consider that, consider yoga, tai-chi.
You'll get more from some than others, but in general they are all very movement and range based.

Originally, yoga was a way to practice enduring discomfort during long meditations on the path to Enlightenment and Nirvana.

Today, yoga has been coopted by women into an easy form of exercise that they're all naturally good at to start with because they're naturally flexible, so they don't really have to try too hard, and for a bonus they can claim some spirituality bullshit if they want. Modern yoga is only good for women to practice enduring discomfort while getting fricked in interesting positions.

      >implying it doesn't help men frick in interesting positions.
Had a girl ride me reverse cowgirl while I did knee to ground pelvic stretch with modified ab stretch and nutted so hard I got her pregnant.

Sounds like you were the one getting fricked.

if you live in a decent city there will be busy yoga studios everywhere. normally they offer unlimited yoga for 30 days as an introductory offer or whatever. pick a studio and just start going to classes. while you're doing that, buy pic related and begin to practice from this book in the morning.

but yea, what this guy said. Do the intro month. decent studios are like 80-100 in my city once the trial ends, so not really worth it unless you have the time to go often or have the money to burn.

i tried looking into yoga as a supplement to my martial arts but yoga classes are like 3x the price of my muay thai gym, its not even a scarcity thing either since there are like 5 yoga studios in my small city and only a few martial arts places, mine being the only muay thai one.

its amazing how anything that mostly women pay for, its at some 400% markup

It's more expensive BECAUSE it's marketed to women.
Guys in general keep a tighter fist than women, which is why places that appeal to men (MT, KB, Boxing) need to lower their prices.

Most of the YT courses suck, IMO. They just exist to funnel the viewers into their paid online courses which also suck.
My personal method was to find a pose I want to work on, then cook up a routine to practice for it.
      I'm currently doing middle-splits.

I use the Nike NTC (Nike Training Club) app. Its easy to follow, free, and has a huge library of workout videos. I just use a simple yoga routine that I do every day.

Personally, I would do the yoga in Wii Fit every morning when I was in college, and it seemed to work out pretty well.

Just do youtube for a year if you're okay with doing yoga alone, otherwise join a class. Also check out pilates, it's basically the same with less esoteric woo.
