If nothing else, do tip toes as long as you can, and then when it's too much switch to normal but try to REALLY flex your calf by pushing off of your toes each step.
I'm fine going up normal stairs IRL, two at a time, but the stairmaster stairs are like 1.5x the size of normal ones, so the step is slightly smaller than I'm used to and it actually feels really annoying. And doing two steps at a time on the stairmaster is equivalent to 3 steps on normal stairs and also the machine isn't really even big enough to skip steps properly. I still do it though but lately I've been riding the stationary bike and reading a book, the time passes like it's nothing.
>muh no hands
As long as you arent leaning on the machine (like practically everyone), youre fine. If you are not holding on, you will eventually miss a step (especially if youre going for days like some of you gaylords), and youre going to eat shit in front of everyone. The only thing harder than the stairmaster is getting up after you just got thrown off one because you thought you were too frickin cool for the handles
i mean not the entire thing but a could definitely handle some of it in my ass
I love doing starclimbers on my tip-toes without holding onto the handles. Boring otherwise.
>on my tip-toes
gonna try this. It's pretty great doing it normally for your whole leg to burn but your way might work the calves more.

Do americans really fear stairs?
do you seriously take the stairs at your shitty fricking highrise
Squat or bench?
Yeah cause it's boring as shit. If I wanted to walk up an infinite flight of stairs I'd walk up the scale of men your mother slept with.
when its boring, you dont doing it hard enough.
Gotta do at least 100 floors.

>amerifats actually believe walking up stairs is something to brag about on a Mongolian milk drinking online meetup
you've never been on a stair master
my feet don't fit on the steps comfortably and im literally a normal-footted-manlet.
STAIR
MASTER
MASTER
RACE
Why not just climb actual stairs?
Because I only want to go up
Problem?
homie I was born in the mountains, I did the Annapurna circuit in a week
A stairmaster is nothing
>81 miles
>10k gain
And this took you a whole week? My brother in Christ, perhaps you should train more.
If you haven't completed an hour (no hands) lower your tone when you speak to me
I used this for the first time the other day, my feet kept getting squished. How does this work if you have size 15 feet?

Imagine paying a gym membership to walk up stairs.
i have to pay your mum to frick her, seems fair to me
