Unprocessed, grass-fed beef and liver is the healthiest thing you can ever eat.

    >no pesticides like broccoli

Those studies which day red meat is dangerous and shortens life span are all nit picked and include the "American diet" like burger buns or processed sausages

Carnivores or animal-based eating is the best.

    >raw milk, cheese
    >beef, liver
    >Greek full-fat yoghurt
    >feta with olive oil
    >eggs
    >avocados

Make that your diet and you can lift until 100 years

        >Unprocessed, grass-fed beef and liver is the healthiest thing you can ever eat.
citation needed, meat is high in saturated fats that correlate with cardiovascular illnesses

Stop citing studies which included processed meat or buns in their "red meat" studies

Tell me one thing which is in unprocessed red, grass fed beef and/or beef liver which is bad, just a single one.

        >there's nothing but nutrients
        >no toxins
        >humans might be omnivores but vegetables and fruit were always for emergencies, we evolved and thrived on meat.
        >body doesn't need fiber or much vitamin C (which is in liver) if you don't eat shit carbs

On a serious note; how do you actually remove fat deposits that may have accumulated in your arteries? Furthermore how do you verify if you have a high amount of fat deposits in your arteries?

CAC scan and vitamin K2 possibly

      >how do you actually remove fat deposits that may have accumulated in your arteries?
Eat low carb, remove processed foods and PUFA from your diet completely, engage in cardio to keep your blood pumping strong, and visit a sauna regularly (3-4 times per week). The dietary changes will stop adding damage to your arteries and the exercise and sauna will help your body extract damaging toxins, heal your arteries, and remove blockages over time.

It's literally ApoB that causes athlosclerosis
Which you "get" more of if you have very high levels of cholesterol or very high levels of carbs in your diet (more than 60% of your calories from carbs = heart disease)
Just eat enough protein and you're literally good, which means either loads and loads of greens (and all the inflammatory shit that comes with that) or some meat.

    Mushrooms, onion, and an egg
    >lunch
Greek Salad, half a pita and some hummus
    >dinner
Sautéed zucchini, red peppers, and onions, salmon filet
