        well, pullups are in principle harder for taller people due to longer arms. But I already responded to that coper being 2" taller than him and still being able to do pullups. Unless you weigh 350+ there is no excuse to not be able to do atleast a few pullups

      I used to say the same thing. It gets way easier fast and i think it grows the lats faster than lat pulldown.

    I can't do a single pull-up. 5'8" 180 lbs. I practiced for roughly a month, and now I can still only do half a chin-up (can't raise my head above the bar).

    Ngl I was absolutely baffled when my 5'4" buddy slammed out 12 reps in a row, despite being the same weight as me.

    currently I can only do about 12, but in my hungry skeleton teenage years I could do 30. I used to do 10 pullups from the rafters every time I got a soda from the garage refrigerator, and I drank probably 5 sodas per day, so I had pretty good volume work.
