You're both absolute morons. Both have plenty of nutrients, and denying one or the other is stupid as frick. You're both trying to push your narrative for no reason other than you simply don't want to consume the other, not because of any evidence or facts. You don't want to eat/drink the other and you scoured the internet to find tidbits that sort of lined up with your agenda.
Feel free to keep seething and arguing with each other though.

Except there absolutely is evidence that vegetables are shit food, we didn't evolve eating them and they're actively toxic to our systems. Now they're even sprayed with pesticides and herbicides which are incredibly dangerous to our health and do not wash off. Not eating vegetables and grains is one of the healthiest and easiest modifications everyone should make to their modern diets.

You dumb Black person. I indulge in vegetables frequently because they're cheap and tasty. I'm just not delusional enough to think that vegetables are good as nutrition. But also, yes, I'd say that avoiding spinach can do someone a lot of good, since the high oxalic acid content of spinach causes kidney stones. Not to mention the fact that if you ate 55 lbs of raw spinach at once you would die of oxalate poisoning.
All that said, I love florentine dishes and even spinach salads.

All seeds have some type of poison, to protect them from being eaten. This includes, but is not limited to: Tannins, lectins, cyanide, ricin, phytoestrogens, protease inhibitors, and solanine.
There isn't a single seed I can think of that doesn't have some type of chemical defense mechanism. You REALLY shouldn't eat them.

An excellent point, I'm glad you brought it up. Animals can defend themselves by running away or fighting back. Most of the herd would run. Maybe a few males would want to fight.
Plants, however, use poison to defend themselves. The highest concentrations of poisons are found in the seeds, which plants REALLY don't want you to eat, aside from some seeds within specific fruits that are benign when swallowed whole.

No, the things that I'm describing are literal poisons. I don't think you should consume any amount of them, regardless of lethal dose (which is different for each one).
Consider eating real food. There is no lethal dose of meat.

Potassium is abundant in milk idiot. If you don't drink milk you likely don't get your RDA for potassium. With milk it's very easy.

Cope fatty.
Not him, but milk and dairy in general is actually terrible for osteoporosis.
When it's pasteurized, the enzymes that allow your body to utilize the calcium are destroyed. Then the high phosphorus content with no antagonist actually robs calcium from the teeth and bones. Causes osteoporosis and arthritis.
Of course, unpasteurized milk doesn't have this problem but you live in a israeli nightmare state which has banned it for 99% of the population. Good goy.
Keep drinking your pus-blood slop.

That could be true, or more likely- you are a less evolved subhuman who is unable to drink milk making a weak attempt to subvert white chads.
it's because there is too many Phosphorus (P) in milk.
To absorb Calcium(Ca) you need a Ca:P ratio of roughly 2:1 (i.e. 1:0.5) The actual ratio is 1:4-1:5 so the result is that P binds Ca and forms something which is not absorbed well by the body. Supposedly there are studies that show 0 benefit of drinking milk for osteoporosis. I've never checked it myself, but it makes sense.
For the record I drink probably 3l of milk/ week because that's the way I like to take protein shake (hate to open this can of worms, but they are convenient when all you have is worse garbage to choose from)

The entire animal kingdom runs on saturated fats, including herbivores like cows and gorillas. They don't break down cellulose. The bacteria in their intestines do it for them. What the herbivores get out of the process is mostly saturated fat with some protein.

This study highlights the complexity of the relationship between different dairy foods and cardiovascular diseases as well as their risk factors. Altogether, the results indicate that the association of dairy intake with cardiovascular risk is largely driven by the food type (i.e., cheese, yogurt, milk). These findings may inform dietary recommendations for CVD prevention by allowing healthy people with normal plasma cholesterol levels a more liberal consumption of up to 200 g/day of total dairy foods (including milk, cheese, and yogurt), irrespective of being full or low fat. Within this amount of consumption, fermented dairy should be preferred (i.e., one generous serving/day of yogurt or three small servings/week of cheese).

There are several varieties of browns that can drink milk, but fresh dairy consumption as an economy is something that needs artificial refrigeration to really be safe above a certain average temperature, so it doesn’t tend to be common south of a certain point (somewhere around Northern Italy), which also usually corresponds with light skin. Most of the brown skinned fresh dairy consuming cultures are from high altitude regions.
>majority of the population can't even process it without shitting their brains out
People with lactase permanence didn’t evolve it and then drink milk, lactase permanence was a beneficial mutation that was then selected for because they were already drinking milk and eating lots of dairy. To this day, milk is a huge part of the diets of many cultures where lactase permanence isn’t a thing, like the Mongolians. If you don’t have lactase permanence, Milk is only a problem if you go from not drinking any to drinking a large amount, or if you nuke your microbiome. Your microbiome (and the microbe cultures used for yogurt and cheese making) will let you drink milk and eat dairy products even if you lack lactase permanence, so long as it is a consistent part of your daily diet.
There are literally no drawbacks to a dairy heavy diet that aren’t caused as part of an interaction with other less nutritious foods or bad lifestyle choices.

I accept your concession
I accept yours
Potassium is abundant in milk idiot. If you don't drink milk you likely don't get your RDA for potassium. With milk it's very easy.
Its got less than 10% of the DV. Thats not abundant. Try again.
I drink at least half a gallon a day. What do you eat for your potassium? I'd like to have a laugh.
not op but spinach and bananas
Miniscule amounts and much harder to consume than 10 cups of milk. Try again. Seriously everyone who thinks plants have nutrients needs to try again.
>thinks plants don't have nutrients while arguing with a guy who thinks milk doesn't have nutrients
>10 cups of milk
Kek'd and keyed. It's a moron duel. You love to see it
The useful nutrients in those are locked within indigestible cellulose. You gain nothing but some sugar from the banana.
Vegetables exist
>vegetables exist
Aye. So do antinutrients. But hey, you can just get all your calcium from spinach.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Food isolationism is a symptom of unhappiness and lack of control in ones life and you should really reconsider your outlook on nutrition and food in general and asses whether being afraid of spinach has ever done anyone any good
>he thinks I don't eat spinach
You dumb Black person. I indulge in vegetables frequently because they're cheap and tasty. I'm just not delusional enough to think that vegetables are good as nutrition. But also, yes, I'd say that avoiding spinach can do someone a lot of good, since the high oxalic acid content of spinach causes kidney stones. Not to mention the fact that if you ate 55 lbs of raw spinach at once you would die of oxalate poisoning.
All that said, I love florentine dishes and even spinach salads.
5 lbs*
And if you eat enough apples to equal a cup of apple seeds you die of cyanide poisoning. And if you drink 5 liters of water of once you die of hyperhydration. So what? You have no argument. Nobody does that.
I have drank 5 liters of water in like 15 minutes before. It has to be more like 5 gallons. Are you saying you eat apple seeds?
The original point was that vegetables aren't nutritious due to phytochemicals chelating nutrition into unusable forms. My point stands and is irrefutable
>I have drank 5 liters of water in like 15 minutes before
You haven't
>Are you saying you eat apple seeds?
Are you saying you dont eat the while apple? How wasteful
>The original point was that vegetables aren't nutritious
Except they are by every metric
All seeds have some type of poison, to protect them from being eaten. This includes, but is not limited to: Tannins, lectins, cyanide, ricin, phytoestrogens, protease inhibitors, and solanine.
There isn't a single seed I can think of that doesn't have some type of chemical defense mechanism. You REALLY shouldn't eat them.
Try approaching and eating a cow.
The dose makes the poison. Try again.
>The dose makes the poison
No, the things that I'm describing are literal poisons. I don't think you should consume any amount of them, regardless of lethal dose (which is different for each one).
Consider eating real food. There is no lethal dose of meat.
Before someone starts calling me a ketoschizo, I'll say that you can get carbs from milk, fruit, and honey, which were all designed with the intention of being "food".
>No, the things that I'm describing are literal poisons
Yes, and the dose makes the poison. Lifespan is not decreased with the consumption of seeds. Its the opposite.
>I don't think
Irrelevant
>active, licensed medical doctors
Do you have literature and studies performed by these medical doctors that isnt inside of a book they are selling or on a video they are monetizing?
>Google it
No thanks, you cited "active licensed medical doctors" and then failed to enumerate them. I'll take that, as well as you multiple "I think" statements as my way out of this Convo.
>No thanks, you cited "active licensed medical doctors" and then failed to enumerate them. I'll take that, as well as you multiple "I think" statements as my way out of this Convo
YOU accused ME of getting information from scammers and grifters. It's not my responsibility to give you anything. Your points don't stand on their own, so you make up excuses.
You are spouting nonsense and "thoughts" contrary to established scientific literature. It is absolutely your job to substantiate these claims. If you challenge the accepted norm it is on you to prove it. Hes just reiterating what's has been the standard forever
>nonsense
You mean the way that people ate for about seven million years? You use the terms "norm" and "standard" to describe something that's come about only since the agricultual revolution. Seems to me that every group of people who adopt grain-based diets get sickly and diseased.
Didnt read because I saw no links to sources.
Alright then
>no sources
>moving the goalposts to grain
>"seems to me"
Okay whatever mate believe your fantasy world. Dont argue without sources that you claim to have
the goalposts to grain
Right, my bad. We were talking about seeds, which includes grains.
Yeah no, grain is the fruit of a seed, as is "fruit" and tubers. have a good one mate I'm out. You've provided no sources for your outlandish claims and pivoted a bunch of times, and have no idea what you are talking about. Feel free to respond to have the last jab or whatever but I'm unmarking this thread so I won't see it.
The problem you have is you get your information from YouTube ecelebs and have no idea what hormesis is and the fact that nuts and seeds have been demonstrated to have numerous benefits and extend lifespan. Also what
Said
>YouTube ecelebs
No, I get it from active, licensed medical doctors. Nice projection, though.
I am aware of chiropractors claiming to be doctors and I promise it's not from them. You could also use Google and your own logic to figure it out.
>hormesis
I don't think you should consume any amount of poison.
>What is pack hunting
>what is scavenging
>what is livestock
You're grasping at straws here, m8.
Stop taking dietary advice from medical doctors. They are required to learn frickall about nutrition during their degree, or after. Their opinions only hold marginally more weight than that of some random shitter you ask on the street.
The literature really isn't ambiguous about this shit, if you bother to look. Pic related.
>Maybe a few males would want to fight.
Yes and then you would lose and die. I'll take the sunflower seeds thanks
>You dumb Black person
Didnt read further. I was being helpful and honest. I dont interact with unreasonable people sorry.
I myself like to sautee onions, garlic, and spinach, then add heavy cream to make a sauce that goes over chicken breast, steak, salmon, etc. God, it tastes amazing on everything. The vegetables are just for the flavor, though. They don't really add much nutritionally.
Same with phosphorous, I actually have low phosphates in blood tests and started drinking milk again partly as a result as it's one of the best sources of phosphorous.
Imagine not only making such a troll challenge but then it turns out you can't even do the basics of it.
>it's one of the best sources of phosphorous.
Nope
>almost 1/3 of your daily phosphorus
>T-that's not abundant!
Cope fatty.
Lmao what do you even eat then? Are you on a multivit diet?
>I said abundant
>I said abundant
>I said abundant
Damn, guess I'll have to drink 2 glasses of milk. How inconvenient
> wieners in your mouth
abundant
sick burn ow
>Milk has a negative calcium balance
huh? source
For the record I drink probably 3l of milk/ week because that's the way I like to take protein shake (hate to open this can of worms, but they are convenient when all you have is worse garbage to choose from)
And there are plenty of other positive (and slightly negative) effects of drinking milk.
>there are plenty of other positive (and slightly negative) effects of drinking milk.
Like the acidification of tissue, causing cancer.
Or the IGF-1 content, causing cancer.
Or the saturated fat content, causing heart disease.
Or the antibiotics, growth hormone, and glyphosate/atrazine contaminants causing heart disease, cancer, bowel disease, and numerous other issues.
>saturated fat
>causing heart disease

>Mostly saturated, which there is no requirement for
This is how I know you don't know what you're talking about. Every cell in your body is made with saturated fat. You need it to live.
Your brain is made of cholesterol. If you eat none your body will make it. Your personal logic means nothing
>Your personal logic means nothing
It has nothing to do with me or my beliefs.
If you take in no fat, you die.
If you take in no carbs, you live perfectly well.
>If you take in no fat, you die.
Nobody claimed otherwise. Not what I said.
You said there is no requirement for saturated fats.
There is. You need them to live. Have you ever seen a video of those "fruitarian" people that only eat fruit? They all whither away.
>There is.
Okay so provide evidence.
>They all whither away.
They are still alive
>evidence
>N-no it can't be empirical evidence! It has to be a study! A studyYyydyysayfslakj!!!!!!!!
Okay buddy
> empirical evidence, information gathered directly or indirectly through observation or experimentation that may be used to confirm or disconfirm a scientific theory
yes, so provide the study that includes the empirical evidence that supports the hypothesis
going online and finding 100 photos of vegans that support you narrative is called cherrypicking, when i could easily find plenty of attractive and healthy vegans.
Find some vegans that fit your description who aren't just coasting off of the fats they ate before their cult diet.

Okay then. Post the "research" that "proves" saturated fat is bad. I can't find any legitimate studies, so please enlighten me.
>if I "quote" something that means I can illegitimatize whatever "they" say
>posting a picture of 900 miscellaneous links
Double Black person. I went to that gay post in your image and clicked the WHO link. Literally not even 1 study posted or cited there, just references how they totes used like a gajillion unbiased studies that plebs don't need to be able to review. The fact that the fricking moron in that post included that in their post makes me think they're either moronic or a bot. I'm leaning toward the latter. I'm not going to bother going through dozens of bullshit links so again I ask you to send me ONE (1) study that proves saturated fat is harmful for humans. If you can't produce 1 good study of your own choosing then your claim has no merit.
The entire animal kingdom runs on saturated fats, including herbivores like cows and gorillas. They don't break down cellulose. The bacteria in their intestines do it for them. What the herbivores get out of the process is mostly saturated fat with some protein.
"Grass is mostly water, but within its dry matter, there are water soluble carbohydrates, proteins, fibre, oils, minerals and vitamins. So, it’s a complete diet: everything a cow needs is within grass."

...
???
>COWS EAT BACON ALL DAY
Are you moronic?
The premise of (you)r argument is that saturated fat doesn't cause heart disease because cows and gorillas utilize fatty acids for energy.
The entire premise of everything you've said is absolutely moronic.
>because
Not because. "Including" is the word that I used.
>humans and cows are the same
Where my /foregut fermentation/ bros at? Ruminant humans rise up!
>I am literally a cow bro
Indeed.
0/10 reading comprehension.
See
>Just eat grass lol
Good luck digesting that with one(1) stomach paired with a short colon. Actually, really do go and digest it, more steak for the rest of us.
You can't win with arguments on nutrition or scientific literature so you default to absolutely nonsensical arguments about cows and gorillas eating grass.
>nonsensical arguments about cows and gorillas eating grass
How is it nonsensical? The point was that it's not just carnivores that run on saturated fat. It's ALL animal species. And yet, when each species eats their species-appropriate diet, they don't get heart disease.
>The point was that it's not just carnivores that run on saturated fat. It's ALL animal species.
You haven't made any point except that cows and gorillas digest and assimilate fatty acids from grass.
Humans, on the other hand, develop heart disease from excessive saturated fat intake.
>Humans, on the other hand, develop heart disease from excessive saturated fat intake.
We do not (nor does any other species). There's not even a correlation between saturated fat intake and heart disease, let alone a causal relationship.
So you're just going to keep repeating lies and hope that I'll believe you?
Ok. Keep drinking your seed oils then. I hope it works out for you.
Seed oils are fine as long as you're getting them directly from the seeds by crushing them with your teeth.
>just eat lectins and cyanide, bro
No thanks, I think I'lll stick to butter and tallow.
>Humans, on the other hand, develop heart disease from excessive saturated fat intake.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8875110/
This study highlights the complexity of the relationship between different dairy foods and cardiovascular diseases as well as their risk factors. Altogether, the results indicate that the association of dairy intake with cardiovascular risk is largely driven by the food type (i.e., cheese, yogurt, milk). These findings may inform dietary recommendations for CVD prevention by allowing healthy people with normal plasma cholesterol levels a more liberal consumption of up to 200 g/day of total dairy foods (including milk, cheese, and yogurt), irrespective of being full or low fat. Within this amount of consumption, fermented dairy should be preferred (i.e., one generous serving/day of yogurt or three small servings/week of cheese).
https://journals.plos.org/plosmedicine/article?id=10.1371/journal.pmed.1003763
In a meta-analysis of 18 observational studies including our new cohort study, higher levels of 15:0 and 17:0 were associated with lower CVD risk
15:0 and 17:0 are biomarkers for dairy fat
meta-analyses of correlation studies are still useless
In terms of drinks milk is the highest out there. Nothing natural comes close in liquid form.
Holy pseudoscience moron
The dutch are the tallest people on earth PRECISELY because they consume so much dairy.
Im not a huge milk fan, but Id be a lying sack of shit like you if I didnt understand its importance.
What's so great about being a giant? Anything past the 180s is more trouble than it's worth. Have some self-respect. Stop letting shallow woman dictate your worth.

None of that is relevant to anything
Vitamin D is not present in Milk naturally. You have to buy fortified milk to get it, which is always worth it.

Avoid soi definitely. The other plant estrogens actually increase test by binding to estradiol receptors and blocking far more powerful (oestrogens) estrogen-compounds from being released.
No they fricking don't that's not how it works. It has the downstream effect of making you produce LESS testosterone because your body thinks your estradiol needs are already met.
>Low IQ Black person.
onions isoflavones and animal estrogens are not the same, you can't equate their activity by some number

fricking furious. Love to see it.
What should i drink, dr. shekelstein?
fortified (or regular) oat milk. it tastes better anyways
Full of vegetable oils.
Find me an oat milk with vegetable oil in it.

Based, don't eat the cows though. They give us milk like our mothers, they're our friends.
Gotes give us milk too; what about them?
And if you carry it, you'll get even bigger, Milo.
Dairy cows are being milked like 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week. Do you really think it doesn't affect the "quality" of milk they produce?
You're mom milks my dick 2-3 times a day, 7 days a week, and I'm fine
You realize that if they aren't milked at that frequency they will get infected and die right?
You realize if they weren't pumped full of hormones to keep them lactating after being forcibly repeatedly impregnated they wouldn't need to be milked that often or die right
>forcibly repeatedly impregnated
How does one gain consent from a cow? I sure hope no animals get raped in the wild!
Low IQ post.
You realize that babies drink milk multiple times a day, every day of the week, right?
I milked my mother like 5 times a day for 2 years straight
same but for 11 years
They're not milked that much.
Not that anon, and he's an idiot, but I grew up on a dairy and yes, twice a day, every day. For Holsteins anyway. Can't speak for Jerseys, Guernseys, or others.
I should have phrased that as, "They're not milked that much of the day."
Ah, then we're in agreement. Less than 15 minutes a day, and that was in the late 70's. If they could use some of the homosexuals here for it they'd have that milk sucked out in under a minute.
dubs or no dubs
you will die now
If it's good enough for babies to live off it's good enough for me.
Better luck next time, champ
>he drinks pasteurized slop
Not my problem
The grocery stores in my area for some reason are deciding to stock ultra pasteurized milk as a majority of their choices now. I don't know if they're just moronic or the farms are deciding to do it. Either way it truly angers me that these morons are intentionally making it less healthy.
Probably some neurotic bureaucrat somewhere had mad that decision
Supply chain gets less reliable, expect more did to have more preservatives, tbh, senpai.
Frick bureaucrats tho
I live in an area where this gas station chain (weird I know) has the best quality milk in the state. They are able to get away with low temp pasteurization due to it being so local and getting to stores so quickly. Definitely affects the quality, I’m looking to find an Amish guy to sell me raw milk
>nutritionless
Pure unadulterated seething tbh
>nutritionless
Here is the nutrition in 2500 calories of milk (1 gallon)
>I have to scale to an entire days worth of calories of milk has to show you how good it is

How small are you? 2500 calories is like 2/3 and a reasonable amount if you aren't a manlet.
If you drink 2500 calories of milk you have an eating disorder
I think you're just small.

Black person post with lactose intolerance
it's clear we're not supposed to drink, a majority of the population can't even process it without shitting their brains out. imagine drinking liquid meant for another animal, literally gives me the ick
>not enjoying taking things meant for others
Do you even conquer and pillage bro?
Majority of people are shitskin manlets. It's a known fact that Dutch people are highest in the world because of their dairy diet.
the truth is we have evolved to NOT drink milk, people who can drink milk are the minority now. that's a good thing. imagine if our ancestors were sucking cows milk instead of being hunters.

Most of the brown skinned fresh dairy consuming cultures are from high altitude regions.
>majority of the population can't even process it without shitting their brains out.
Its great for those of us who are white.
>majority of the population can't even process it without shitting their brains out
People with lactase permanence didn’t evolve it and then drink milk, lactase permanence was a beneficial mutation that was then selected for because they were already drinking milk and eating lots of dairy.
There are literally no drawbacks to a dairy heavy diet that aren’t caused as part of an interaction with other less nutritious foods or bad lifestyle choices.
>if you nuke your microbiome
It's probably (definitely) all the shit they're spraying on the plants they're eating. Most people have microbiome issues because of the modern food industry.
Also the overuse of antibiotics. I had to get help with mine after a severe infection. My digestion was demolished and I could hardly eat anything without side effects. Lost like 40 lbs and while I had a little to lose, it wasn’t 40 lbs worth.

Drinking a glass of milk gives me fatigue & brain fog even with lactaid, and protein shakes made with milk knock my ass out. It's really hard for me to get enough calories so I have a problem. Does anyone have a good milk alternative for protein shakes? Please no trolling it's bad enough taking poison damage from milk
Oat milk?
Thanks, will try

>yes, this animal milk that is full of animal estrogen is completely good for you and won't have any side effects from being full of estrogen
>also, don't trust onions, it's full of phytoestrogen
milk is the only reason i can even gain weight and stay hydrated all day (milk is more hydrating than water btw google it lol) milk is the best drink it is literally a super elixir
schlop schlop schlop schlop schlop
arent cats lactose intolerant
They probably are to some degree, maybe cat milk is ultra high in lactose like horse milk and a lactose intolerant cat can still drink "softer" milks without issue. Anecdotally my cat likes yoghurt but that has even lower lactose since the bacteria eat it.
I've always heard that too, but any time anyone's got a barn cat they needed to tame so it stays near the house, just give that b***h a little dish of warm milk and they become tame little homosexuals. Its actually insane how much they love that shit. For some reason its like the best tasting thing ever to them.
lil homie in cat heaven
The funny thing is that's a "clipped" teat on a cow with mastitis (look at how gross the other looks), so that milk actually is full of infection. yet it's still good food in the eyes of those cats.
All mammals love milk.
>feeding calves milk from a bucket
This is a good strategy if you want to kill them slowly. The milk can get in their lungs and cause pneumonia
Not like you care
It's so good. Very good for training with the weights!!!
I need the calcium. Don't tell me to get it from plants, I tried, my body doesn't absorb it.
Wish there was an alternative. I read about some cow bone powder in pills but it's hard to find where I live.
>nutritionless
Try harder Schlesingerstein
Ask me how I know your ethnic background does not come from the Mediterranean levant north africa or europe
ok so I just had some milk around 6 hours ago and now I'm up at 3am shitting my brains out... sorry this is NOT natural. humans were not meant to drink milk, this much is obvious. no one in my friend group even the white passing ones, can stomach this crap.
Sorry you were born brown, bro
(You) and your friends on the right
>white passing ones
So.... no one in your friend group is actually white.
You know there are fermented dairy products without lactose, right?
I said we're all white passing, basically enough white and none of us can process milk.
Now I have to wonder. What group of people likes to larp as whites but lacks lactose tolerance? Indians? I thought they drank milk and used cream for dishes. Are you some kind of North African or South American?
spics
AHAHHAHAHAH fricking Black person AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH get rekt
>white passing ones
Cope, you're not white
Vegetable oils lower deadly cholesterol
Saturated fats raise it and cause heart attacks
simple as
>pic related is you if you disagree
>vegetable oils have been consumed only since less than a century ago
>obesity and CVD have skyrocked in the same timeframe
>before that for all of human history humans have cooked with and consumed mostly saturated animal fats
Crazy how for all of human history people ate lard and tallow frequently and were never fat, yet as soon as seed oils became widely used people started getting fat, and as the prevalence of seed oils increase, so too does the rate of obesity. Yet your dumbass is too moronic to see the obvious link.
>what are refined sugars
>we shove sugar inside every possible food
>blame fats
>deadly cholesterol
lmao
nutrituon "science" is useless, which is why the only high iq take is looking what our ancestors ate (saturated fats)
>pic related - your champion
>Grug see small moomoo drink milk
>Small moomoo become BIG moomoo
>Gug think: "maybe i drink milk too so i become BIG too"
>it works
Grug smart.

Digits and op dies tomorrow
I am lactose tolerant and 100% of my family is mahgrebi.
Milk (full fat) is a decent enough dessert drink, it's not too sugary or unhealthy to frick you over, and it has good enough nutrient content to be worth drinking.
Kefir, however, is 100% better for nutrition and should be part of everyone's diet.
Drink organic full cream like a man or die a fricking virgin
Who cares eat whatever you want if you lift every day it doesn’t really matter
>He doesn't have a grassfed A2A2 Jersey dairy cow his wife milks daily to bring gallons of fresh 5% butterfat milk to his four growing sons
Me grow huge like bison. You brown homosexual
>nutritionless
¿Qué?
Anyone here successfully restored their lactose tolerance?
I drank a pint a day for most of my life, then stopped for a few years, and now too much dairy makes me bloated and gives me the shits
