    No you don't. It's a common misconception that builders need 1.2-1.7g protein/kg to build muscle. The american dietic association confirmed that builders or even malnutrition patients only need the recommended daily protein intake for adult (0.65g protein/kg) to gain muscle while eating more to make up for the energy consumed when excercise. Technically, protein supplement can be used as extra energy needed, but it doesnt have to be, just eat more carbs and vegetables. So rather than buying these powders or ground meat, eat more rice, beans, lentils. Heck, with just rice and lentils you can get all the amino acids needed to synthesize protein for builking.

      You gain more if you consume more than that though. 1.5g/kg/day is where the effect maxes out, according to a meta-analysis published in Sports Medicine

    i forget what frickin WPC % it is probably like 30% aids tier but you are paying a premium for all the frick shit carbs and fats that are also in whey alongside the protein before it gets separated. They churn these frickers out stupid fast with by damn near incinerating whey gelatin to make it a powder really fast denaturing the nutrients in it meaning you will shit your pants or at least have a stomach ache that will fumigate a foyer. not to metion it is a frick load of powder that is inconvenient to consume, despite the primary selling point of the piece of shit being that it save time. its like 4 scoops that are twich the size of a reguklar protein scoops for 32oz, its a moronic amnount of liquid to slam down or drink normallyt , and if you do drink it at a normal human pace all the powder sinks to the bottom and then you are eating wet sand that tastes like frick because you spent money on itSave your money and eat food r not i dont give a frick you twit
