I go to the Y, it's the best. Filming is banned. If you go during the day it's wall to wall pensioners which always warms my heart. After work it's just teens and the place is completely deserted Friday to Sunday. I'm usually the strongest guy there. It's the perfect gym.

i started lifting at an old school Y that had the weight room in a dirty basement, shit was unfathomably based. the city torn down the building a year later and rebuilt a brand new Y with fancy shit on the other side of town and it blows.
Only because IST can't afford better.
I go to a high-priced gym and I couldn't be more satisfied. It filters all the dumb riffraff like you wouldn't believe.
