Majority of morons here overdo their legs and end up looking bottom-heavy, looking disgusting in clothes, like a troony. You should focus more on your upperbody, specifically shoulders, which are the biggest muscles on your upperbody despite what you've been told.
But it doesn't mean that you shouldn't train your legs, especially if you're some skinny lanklet. Majority of manlets that played some sports or walk a lot or bike a lot, pretty much don't need to touch them though. You might end up with legs that will damage your chances to find any good looking pants on your fat ass.

I hurt my lower back years ago and anytime I try squats, leg press and hack squat it kills my lower back again for a week. I gave up and just do lunges and leg press now

My squat form is so bad because of poor hip and hamstring flexibility and mobility so I have been spending the last month doing Bulgarian split squats and a frickton of stretching. I'm progressing. There's already less weird clicking and grinding in my hips and behind my knees. Maybe one day I'll do a real squat.

I fricked up my lower back yesterday doing squat. I was on my last set before deloading and I guess I got too sloppy with my form.
