Pushdowns I guess since they actually use both parts. I prefer to do pullovers on a decline bench with an ez bar for the upper part. (It gets my lats good but it toasts the upper tricep completely) And close grip bench for the lower triceps but that's on chest day not back day.
You could also do LTE's but I wouldn't. The discrepancy between how much the upper triceps and lower triceps can handle is too great imo. Also I just don't like compounds that do two different movements. What's the point?

dave tate's pet tricep accessory. like a jm press with a dumbbell, kinda. yt it, is fantastic and feels very simple and natural, easy on the joints and great to just pump out rep after rep without worrying

Only one? It's gotta be a long head of the tricep oriented lift. Simply because most pressing hits the other part, the lateral head, harder than the long head. Maybe with a Vbar.

um bot, it's the other way around there is no problem at getting long head, lateral on the other hand requires sth else, sth u bot will not mention in this thread designed to simply shit falsehoods out to confuse reader so that he will never get and stay fit - ur overarching goal here bot
