the more you stress your brain out the better it gets at dealing with anxiety.
put yourself in anxiety inducing situations - talk to someone new, apply to a job you're underqualified for, talk to that 10/10 girl you saw.
Actually good advice. This is how I fixed mine, and cleaning and burning calories. Just kinda make a to do list and knock stuff off, makes you feel productive
Do something very basic like go to a chilled out cafe by yourself. Do this 3x a week for a few weeks. Once that feels like a piece of piss, try somewhere more lively. Work your way up to nightclub and maybe learn some social skills along the way
Do the same. It will go away eventually. Also, basic CBT helps a lot to speed this process up.
Before >What am I actually afraid of happening
During >Focus on your physical sensations and thought patterns when the anxiety starts
After >How bad was the situation in reality? Did anybody give a shit?
One of the biggest problems with social anxiety, and anxiety in general, is that you don't have a firm grip on what is actually happening to you. And in cases where it gets really bad, people are afraid of the anxiety itself and not what triggers it. Once mine got a bit better I made a rule that every time I felt afraid of something I would immediately do it. No backing out.
I am pretty aware of my behavior and the mechanisms behind my brain sperging out, but that doesn't help much when I get so much diarrhea I end up shitting water.
Last summer I got hives and shingles from stress. My body is just fricking dumb.
making it look that way,she definitely saw the high five, was probably thinking about how hard he's gonna jack off after getting to touch her hand in a high five later
>Strongest Marvel fan.
Jokes aside start lifting. I had anxiety with my body and physical strenght, but now after 2 years I can actually mog my coworkers and others in the gym.
I really like it. It takes quite a while to kick in (you can take it in the morning and have a nice day) but once it starts going, I feel confident and at ease. It's a very subtle feeling, but definitely present. I smile at people and pick up chats with strangers. My body also feels light, and there is no overthinking of actions too. In my opinion this is how a confident strong man (without autism, anxiety or whatever, which is why we're all here) should feel! I take it for social events.
Keep in mind it IS physically addictive so logging your use is a good idea. I also suspect that "recreational users” either expect ”legal mdma” and don't have anxiety, so they just go into overdose territory and end up disappointed and in withdrawals.

The author is quite eloquent and his post should answer all your questions.
Getting rid of anxiety which you have so ingrained in your regular, everyday behavior is quite the task. You need to trust yourself more, catching you in the act, and deliberately behave differently, trying to stop giving a frick. Even relaxing your face muscles and shoulders will help you.
Getting IST naturally reduces your anxiety. If you look good, you'll feel good, and if you feel good, you won't be self-conscious.
I know this is true because I'm experiencing it right now. When I was an obese frick (248lbs at 5'7) I had ZERO confidence and NEVER wanted to be in public because I was super self-conscious. But now that I'm at 185lbs and dropping, my confidence has gone up significantly. It'll only continue to increase as I drop more fat and put on more muscle.
TLDR: Lose weight, get in shape, and your anxiety naturally goes away.

True. I started going into nightclubs for that reason
Don't even liked it very much and avoid alcohol but it's good to be in stressful environments
What do you even do when you go there if you're avoiding the alcohol? And on your own or in a group?
On my own. Generally I stick to energy drinks.
It's just to face my anxiety
Going to nightclubs to not drink is completely fricking moronic. Get a hobby.
Like going to a racetrack without a car
You're the moron
I bet you don't even lift
>It's just to face my anxiety
I think that's a good idea, you'll just get lost in the crowd but should address the anxiety.
What if your brain has become so moronic you become physically ill from those situations?
Sit down and relax
Maybe it'll improve with time
My anxiety isn't that bad, but I suppose it's just a matter of intensity, no?

>You can exercise to get rid of fat but how do you get rid of anxiety?
Start lifting weights, homosexual. Gain some muscle to be proud of
Having sex usually does the trick. Used to frick all morning before Job interviews back when I was looking for work.
I've seen this vid but it only looks to me that she doesn't see the high five being offered.
Is it that she genuinely didn't see the high five being offered or is she just making it look that way so she doesn't have to touch him?

You can't get rid of anxiety. The only cure is to not get it in the first place i.e. have a normal upbringing

Phenibut. Just don't be a moron that uses it in ”recreational” doses. Start low.
Is it good? What's the effect?

Thank you my man
