It was so fricking hard to fix outgoing- by getting the glute medius and vastus medialis obliques to fire properly among a number of other things. It’s crazy how seemingly almost nobody walks correctly.
Toes in is actually considered a sign of athleticism and a desirable trait for those scouting athletic talent whereas duck feet are usually considered the sign of an inferior athlete

        > People who are pigeon-toed are often bow-legged and flat-footed. People with these traits often incur ankle, knee and hip injuries both during their playing days and later in life due to the fact that their feet are acting like a very tightly wound spring rather than a cushy crash-pad. As a result, their bodies take a bigger hit from the impact than their non-pigeon-toed friends. Physical therapy and sports performance services could help alleviate these issues.

You need to focus. Get your flute medius and vastus medialis to fire properly, together. I did heel elevated pistol squats touching the wall for balance, for example, while being laser focused on my knee tracking straight forward and straight back instead of collapsing inward. Also do that half kneeling quad stretch sort of pushing the back leg forward with your hips.

        >while being laser focused on my knee tracking straight forward and straight back instead of collapsing inward
        >collapsing inward
That's exactly what they do. I've been focusing on trying to just correct my gait with no progress.

Any time I see some lumbering moronic looking piece of shit, I noticed they walk with toes pointed out.

Every 20% bodyfat fricking short bearded goblin with a sour face, holding his arms up like his lats are 2x the size they actually are, has toes pointed out.

People who walk with toes pointed out are not people and can be disregarded immediately and permanently. You are not going to learn anything from these braindead tax golems

Seriously, find me one exception. One intelligent person who walks like this.

    And another thing.
If you walk with toes out, I know you don't walk much.
It's certainly not going to be practical for you to walk 20km per day.

If you don't walk long distance, you don't run.
If you don't run, you can't run.
If you can't run, you can't fricking fight.

If your toes point out, I am never going to listen to anything you have to say.

You are not an athlete. You are not capable of the most basic function we were built for.

I hate you tick tocking, 10-and-2 pieces of shit so much.
    Absolutely fricking despicable, evil posture.
