        You have no idea how good you feel if you keep going.
        The whole reason you feel bad at first is because your mitochondria are inefficient - they can't make enough energy from saturated fatty acids, but after a while they will repair themselves and you will return to baseline performance.
        At that point you will start feeling fricking amazing.
        I am talking no hunger, no cravings, basically unlimited endurance and energy as your body can instantly access your fat reserves and utilize them perfectly.

          No one eats potatoes by themselves, they are meant to complement fish, meat or poultry. But they are also great in stews. I cannot wait for BBQ season when my every meal will be baked potatoes with some form of animal. I love BBQ season.

                take trash can and swipe peels into it
